<p> Welcome to this week's Clan Plagueis Consul Report. This marks my second full week as Consul of Plagueis and I am very satisfied with the results thus far. Activity is extremely high and member participation in Clan events has been outstanding. I have just submitted an Internal Report on the Clan to the Grand Master listing 13 key projects that I would like to see the Clan Accomplish over the next two months. These projects range from the finalization of our Planetary System to the institution of a Clan Plagueis Envoy Guide. The PCON, House Summits, and Clan Envoy have all given me feedback on these projects and we are set to begin them now. I will mention a few of these projects below:

<li>Clan Plagueis Envoy System: This Envoy system is a Clan Standard on the activity and procedures that Clan level and House level Envoys will perform. KAP Vithril Isradia Kunar created the document and the PCON and I have approved it. It should go up on the website ASAP.

<li>Clan Possessions: I have accumulated all of the Items that CSK and CEK possessed and placed them on our website. They have been sent to Arania and hopefully will meet with approval in the near future.

<li>Clan Planetary System: I pick a winner on the capital planet competition tomorrow. Once this happens, I will submit it to Jac for approval.

<li>Council of the Wise: The Clan Loremaster, Dark Adept Jonaleth Isradia is currently writing a description on the Council of the Wise. The Council will serve as an advisory board to the Clan Summits on issues concerning the future of Clan Plagueis. Positions of Clan Authority will consist of Loremaster, Weaponmaster, ect...

<li>DB Audit: Wil and Kromtal have gone over the DB website looking for any errors concerning Clan Plagueis. The mIRC guide has already been updated to reflect our correct Clan Channel.

<li>Envoy Selection: Vithril is our Clan Envoy. Over the next week he will select a new HSK Envoy. If you are interested, contact him via mIRC.

<li>Force Powers: Our current Clan Force powers were created from a list of old CEK and CSK force powers. We merged the lists to create those that appear on our website. Since these powers have been approved, I have been informed of another list of Clan Powers that existed previously. These powers are superior to our current list and have been submitted to the LH and GM for approval.

<li>OPS Policy: The Clan mIRC channel has had several incidents over the past 4 months. In response to these incidents DJK Thran created a guideline for OPS to follow. In addition to this guideline I am thinking about restricting OPS to DC members and Clan Summits Only (to include the Envoys). If I institute this policy, all OPS will be required to take and pass the Conflict Meditation Shadow Academy Course. OPS are granted to those who should be able to handle the responsibility of policing a channel, not to just anyone. More to come on this over the next few days.

Promotions: I know the PCON handles promotion announcements in his reports, but I want to take the time to congratulate two Clan Plagueis members who have been elevated to the Equite Class. OT Jaysun Adumarii and SW Aerick Triadus. Both of these members served with distinction at the rank of Dark Jedi Knight and earned the right to dive deeper into the dark murky waters of the Dark Side. Congrats!

Welcome: Everyone take the time to welcome my old friend Dark Jedi Knight Radek Iceclaw to the Clan. Radek is a former member of Tau Squadron and can usually be found on mIRC under ^Verr^. Verr and I have spent many hours together playing XVT, XWA, and SWG. He is a great guy and a welcome addition to the Clan. Not to mention, he just scored front page DB news page props from Pyralis for his help coding the main DB site!
