Hello, again. Been a busy week with the completion of Kapsina (now on clan site), gaming and the overall changes we are trying to implement. In short, lots and lots going on behind the scenes - I hope you don't feel i'm neglecting y'all in any way! SO this report... yes.. lets go!

First and foremost...

Accepting Applications for HEK Envoy/RM

We are seeking an Envoy for the House, we are looking for someone that is self-motivated, driven and has the interest of other members first!

I have record of three souls being brave enough to risk the Academy on Antei this week... Lets give it up for Virulence, Aabsdu and Galaphile.

Antei Combat Center

Lots going on in the ACC, the most notable is the ACC Bar Room Brawl which will be kicking off soon - 9 Plagueis members signed up and are preparing to dominate their way to the top 3 spots! Yay!

As for matches... fyi, I will accept any challenges proposed to me just make sure the Arena is Szarfin City, Bogden - tis my favorite! Lets look at who else has been doing ACC...

Comings and Goings...

A new member joins our ranks today, one that also seems to versed well in coding and got some major DJB-wide props, welcome into the fold - DJK Radek Iceclaw

On the flip side, after much meditation and reflection, SBM Godo Nurok has departed for the Rogues - seeking some solitude and tranquility until a calmer path finds his feet. We will miss you Godo, dont stay too far out of reach!

Battle Teams

Alright, I am not saying you HAVE to be in a Battle Team to get promoted, but I am saying that if you are in a BT and an active member that your chances for recognition/awards/promotions are at a much higher level! So if you arent in a team yet... I'd suggest joining up with the 19th Legion or Exar's Shadow!

Gaming

I am happy to report that HEK reported 43 matches this past week, that is great growth and I suggest that if you aren't gaming - you should start thinking about it!

Tuesday/Thursday Gaming Nights are always good, but don't forget the more rewarding ICTE (12 EST every saturday!) or the bi-weekly tourney (get cool stuff!). I highly encourage each member to aspire to participation in those events - not necessarily winning.

IRC

Alright, here is the IRC reminder... do it! lol You can download IRC absolutely free (http://www.mIRC.com). After you download/install run it... choose our server (Undernet) from the long list and CONNECT, weeee! Then you can find your friends at #plagueis our official clan channel!

Why IRC? Simple, you get real time answers to real time questions (if you are a new member) and as you progress it is the interaction between members that gives the Club life. So come meet your new friends on IRC!

Alright folks, I'm not asking anyone to devote their life to the Brotherhood, but I will challenge each of you to get a bit more active. Participation is what makes HEK unique and outstanding in the same breath, so help your fellow House mates by encouraging a frienly match of ACC, JA, JO or begin a new run-on with someone you hardly know.

It is taking the time and doing the little things that makes us who we are... lets never forget that
