<p> OPS Policy: I logged onto my computer today to see several emails about a phantom OPS policy that was put in place today. I am not sure where this policy came from, but it certainly did not come from the CON or PCON of Clan Plagueis. However, I am thinking about restricting OPS in the Clan Channel to DC members (not praetors, not tribunes), The CON, PCON, QUAs, AEDs, Clan Envoy, the Council of the Wise, and the Current Prodigy of Plagueis. BTLs and House envoys will have voice. In the future all members with the name di Plagia will be OPed. All OPS will be subject to graduating from Conflict Mediation prior to earning access except for the DGM and GM. I have yet to make a decision, but will make an announcement by 15 February.

mIRC Code of Conduct: Thran has created a mIRC Code of Conduct for the Clan that will go on the Clan Website by 15 February. This Code of Conduct is based on the Golden Rule: Treat others how you would like to be treated. I asked Thran to create this Code of Conduct because of some incidents that have plagued our channel in the past.

"The Eldritch Council ventured to the planet of the dead...": What the hell is an Eldritch Council and where in the hell is the planet of the Dead? You will find out who this council is and where they are traveling on 15 March. Several enormous Clan Projects are nearing completion and will be released next month. Rumors and hints below follow.

"The Council of the Wise has awakened...": Thats right, the Council of the Wise and its positions are complete. Over the course of the next month the PCON and I will begin to fill the Council with the most dedicated and senior of Clan Plagueis members.

"The Book of Shadows has been scribed...": The Loremaster of Clan Plagueis and the Consul have discovered several subtleties in the Clan Powers and have begun to enhance and explore their powers deeper. It is rumored that the current powers will vanish and a new and improved set will appear.

"Lord Plagueis invested in their mortal forms, some part of his great power...": More to come!
