Right off the top I want to apologize to everyone for my lack of online presence last week. Due to a sudden death in the family, and an onset of a nasty viral infection, I was out of action. I did deal with emails and requests as quickly as I could, and the CON helped fill in the holes for me, and for that I am most appreciative. This past week I've played catch up on our various projects and competitions running throughout the Clan, and I am pleased to report that things continue to move along smoothly.
This week DJK Gaidal Dupar al'Tor stepped down as QUA of House Exar Kun due to time constraints. The Clan Summit appreciates the past efforts of DJK al'Tor, and also respects his decision in favor of the future of the House. Gaidal has decided to stay with the House in a lower capacity to help continue its excellent activity.
The new QUA of Exar Kun is KAP Braecen Isradia Kunar, formerly AED of Exar Kun. Braecen was chosen because he has done a fine job of running the House during his former QUA's absence, and continues to come up with new ideas and projects for the House. Congrats Brae!
The deadline for applications to the QUA position in House Satal Keto is today. The Clan Summit will make an announcement either later in the day, or on Monday, depending on time restrictions. Please do not bug the Clan Summit about your application and its consideration. All applications that are received are given due consideration and the most worthy candidate shall be chosen based on multiple factors.
Activity in our Clan IRC channel continues to increase on a daily basis. I would like to inform our newest members that they can join us in #plagueis on the IRC Undernet server where they can get to know their fellow Dark Jedi. Details on how to use, and where to get, the mIRC program are available on our Clan website.
The February issue of the Plagueis Chronicle has been released. It continues to be a great newsletter, so Kudos to the editors in charge of compiling and releasing this excellent work! The newest issue, as well as past issues, can be found at (http://plagueischronicle.darkjedibrotherhood.com/). Submissions for the March release are now being accepted. Work continues at great speed throughout the Dark Brotherhood to improve the coding, images and overall function. At times there may be an error or problem that will occur. The Grand Master requests that if you come across something to not be shy about reporting it since it is possible that the problem has not yet been reported, and the more feedback he and the other coders have the faster they can fix the problems. When reporting a potential error indicate what you were doing and how the error occured. Providing as much detail as possible will make it easier for them to locate and fix the problem.
The Herald has been working really hard to give the DB new lightsabers and robes for use on our dossiers. The new lightsabers have been released, and I must say they are a MAJOR improvement over the old versions. Temporary images of the new robes have been put on the dossiers for viewing. I want to repeat that these are TEMPORARY and NOT the final versions. I haven't personally seen the final versions, but I have heard that they are really excellent. Based on Muz' past work, I have no doubt that they will be worth waiting for. I also want to remind people that many times in the past new uniforms and sabers have been started, but the projects have never been completed. We all owe Muz a great deal of appreciation and congratulations on taking these projects as far has he has. He'll be the first Herald in ages to actually complete something that was started. Way to go Muz! Clan Plagueis SALUTEs you!! :)

I'd like to formally welcome all of our new members to Clan Plagueis. It is great to see so many new young Apprentices join our ever growing Clan. If you ever need anything, please feel free to contact your House Envoys and Summits. They are here to guide and serve as you begin your journey down the path to the Dark Side. The Masters of this Clan have a lot of knowledge and experience, do not allow fear to prevent you from learning what they have to teach. If your interested in becoming an Apprentice to a Master, contact your House Envoy to sign-up to the Master/Apprentice program. If you need more information about the program, visit the Clan website.
Recently I've noticed a number of our younger members losing their Proving Ground Battles at the ACC. Mostly it seems the issues listed are pretty much the same. I'd like to suggest to our younger brethren that before you jump into the Proving Ground to qualify for future ACC Battles, that you take some time to visit the Training area and polish up on your writing skills first. This will derail any unnecessary frustration, and also provide you with some useful feedback at the same time.
Due to my absence week before last, I have compiled the past two weeks of awards, promotions, transfers, etc. Its quite the lengthy list as you can see for yourselves, but it should be complete. As always, if you notice anything missing please let me know and I'll attempt to make up for it in my next report.

A monthly competition where we reward the three most active members of the
Clan for their efforts in continuing their training at the Shadow Academy.
The members who successfully complete the most courses will be awarded
Third Level Crescent awards.

The Consul of Clan Plagueis has gathered his ACC Warriors for a training
competition. The Clan Plagueis members with the most wins over a 3 week
period will earn 3rd level crescents for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
All matches should be held in the Combat Centre with a 8/+2 format.

Specifics:
Time to return to my infamous Riddle Me this competition. As before, I
will release a riddle every 3 days to the clan mailing list. First to
answer correctly earns themselves a point. At the end of the event (total
of 20 riddles) the Top 3 point-collectors will be award 3rd level
crescents (CON/PCON will award). However, as this event is famous for,
members can also submit riddles to myself in an attempt to stump the
Riddle Master of CP. Those that stump WH, will be awarded a LSS(CON/PCON
will award).

- Title: The Dawning of War A HSK Run-on

I look forward to seeing the creativity that you guys have and where
you take this story. Kromtal and I will be making sure that things
basically stay on track, but monitor yourself and make sure you stay
on course with what everyone else is writing.
I plan on letting this run until it comes to an end, so it's up to you
guys how long this lasts. At the end I will be awarding the top three
members who overall make the best contributions to the run-on. They
will receive Crescents for their hard work. Also, we're gonna pick
out the best individual post overall. This person will receive
something, but I'm not quite sure yet what that will be.
I hope this is fun and if you have questions let me know. Oh, the
first few posts might be a little short until we see who's all on
board and then I'll give my orders, which will speed things up. Just
thought you guys should know that.

Quaestor, House Satal Keto
- Title: [CP] Murder Mystery League Mini's
Specifics:
In honour of the MMLs the KHP used to host, I am hosting a clan MML for
CLan Plagueis. For exactly a week and a half the members of CP will have
time to form a team of 2-5 members and write up a murder mystery story.
After the week and a half, I will go through the submitted stories and
insure that they fit. After this review time, teams will be given one of
the other stories and will have a week to solve it, afterwards switching
for the next story until each team as gone through the others (and 1
provided by myself).
Teams will have a week to solve each story, will only be able to view 1 at
a time, and only have 1 guess per story.
Teams will be awarded 1 point for a correct answer, and 1 point for each
team their story stumps.
At the end of the competition teams will nominate an MVP from their team.
Top 3 teams get 3rd level cresecents, each team MVP earns a LSS.
