Clan Plagueis

        **_Life and Death through Darkness_**

Stability: The quality of being enduring and free from change or variation. Over the past year the leadership positions in Clan Plagueis have been anything but stable. A rotation of members have come and gone in positions ranging from CON to Battle Team Leader. With our latest round of House Summit Changes, I look forward to this revolving door of Clan Leadership to finally come to an end. This week I have appointed Braecen and Arawn to lead House Exar Kun and House Satal Keto respectively. These two highly motivated individuals have great plans in store for each house and I look forward to watching them in action. I also plan on chaining them to the Iron Throne to ensure that they remain in place for the next four months.

**Clan Level Competitions: **I am running four Clan Competitions for the remainder of this month. The first two competitions are based off of activity in the ACC and Multiplayer Platforms. The top three members who win the most ACC matches and CFs will earn third level crescents. The second two competitions are for those of you who prefer fiction. These competitions are a fiction competition based on "Combat" and a Poetry Competition based on Hatred. You can read all about these competitions at the following links:

MP War. This competition runs until the 15th, despite it saying the 5th!

Equite Promotions: A few people have had questions about how to get promoted at the Equite level. I highly suggest everyone read Braecen's DJK+ promotion guide on the Clan Plagueis Website. In addition to Braecen's comments, I will add that the easiest way to get promoted as a DJK+ is to encourage activity from other members within the DB and improving the Clan/Dark Brotherhood. You can do this by running competitions, taking a position as a Battle Team Leader, taking a position as an Envoy, submitting work or projects that improve the clan (clan graphics, planet fiction, ect...). I value leadership skills as much as personal activity in the DJK+ promotion recommendations more than I do individual activity. Keep these things in mind when you see your peers passing you by.

Improving Yourself: If you are interested in taking leadership positions within Clan Plagueis in the future, I highly encourage you to take the Shadow Academy Courses "Conflict Mediation", "Leadership Fundamentals", and "Leadership Proposals". I value all of these courses and look for them in prospective leaders. Go hit the SA up and improve yourself as a DB Leader!

I have an Open-Door policy, so people are welcome to see me at any time about anything. If its a House matter, I do ask that you take it up with the House Summit first, then if that doesn't resolve your problem, feel free bring it to my attention. If your problem is with the House Summit in general, and by that I mean both the QUA and AED, then by all means come to me immediately, as well as the Consul, and we'll help resolve the problem ASAP.
