House of Oriens Obscurum Quaestors Report

March 12th thru March 18th

General News:

1.Lost Members: Well we have lost 2 members, due to conflicts within the Clan 2 members have chosen to leave, Storm and Vardar. I want to say I wish the best to these two guys, as I have know both of them from way back, as much as it pains me to see them leave and over the dumb reason they did leave. But Id like to say to each member of the House, if you feel you have a problem with anyone in this clan, come to me in a pm or email and tell me what is up, and why. Please do this before you throw a transfer in, give me the chance to make right what is wrong. Even if it’s me that has offended you. I want Oriens to keep growing, not lose members, and some may ask why do I care, well I take people leaving due to inter conflicts personally, I don’t like it nor will I tolerate another member in this clan doing wrong to anyone. So please contact me and Ylith as soon as possible so we can fix the situation.

2.Battle Teams: Devani is currently on leave, thus having Ylith run Bas-Tyra. I hope she comes back soon, as Ylith is doing a awesome job. And as always if you want to join a good battle team, contact Ylith or myself and we can add you to the roster.

3.Competitions: House Comps will be under way shortly. Id like to give everyone a weeks break at least to gather yourselves before I throw more out there, as always if you have ideas send me all the necessary information and I will get on it soon. I have a few ideas already fro members out there that have submitted ideas to me, and those will be taking top priority.

4.HOO Trivia: Also currently under a break, I have lapsed on getting Trivia questions out there. For a few reasons, but I need some help here and there. If you’d like a free LSS send me the questions and I will get them posted if I don’t see any soon, I will hold off for trivia till April First.

5.Little Old Me: Some people may remember that email I sent out the other day, well it still looking like I will be on Day shift for another week, possibly two weeks. So I will be out of communication from 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. I will reply to any emails when I get back home from work. Also I was involved in a small fender bender on the 16th, since that date I have been rather stiff and sore….So I don’t know how much gaming I will be doing as long periods in my chair is driving me nuts. So if Im not around please leave me a pm and I will reply when I get back. A lot of time I’m in and out of my computer room so just bear with me if I don’t reply right away.

6.Roll master: I’m considering opening this position up, as an tool to have a member of the house with very decent activity keep track of members activity on a weekly basis, and then report to me and ylith. I will further detail the ideals and necessary requirements in a few days after I discus this with all the proper people.

7.Roster Flushing: Please be aware, that we conduct a 4 week AWOl check, I basis this off your activity, so if you wish to remain in the house find a activity to do, once a month is fine by me, more is welcomed and really appreciated. If I don’t see activity out of you, you do get a advance warning and usually in a form of a email from me. When it comes down to the last week, you get the “Last Rights” email….If I don’t get a response, then I let Halc and Strat take over from there.
