A Hello from the HLK Aedile!

Busy busy busy... I can barely spell this word anymore :o)

My belly dance lessons go quite well, and it is a lot of fun! And I got a nice deal: Some helping with the webpage of the teacheress for some private lessons. Coooool. :o)

The stories can easily be edited with a nice comfortable editor. And even saved into the database! This little example retreives one story from the Database which you can edit and submit. Afterwards you can go back to see the results. Everyone can test that thing. Edit and submit it, but don't write anything like sexual harrassement or alike into that section or I will personally come to your home and spank...no.. wait... Rai will personally come to your home and spank you!

Now I need to implement a whole management thingy for the library. Additionally I have to get the Download section done (new JA skins, wallpapers, ...). And a manual for how to get online on IRC.

Just as I mention the library... I did step down from that position of managing stories. My last duty was to add 2 new stories and 2 new poems. Rai is searching for a new person to do this from now on. ( http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/dossier.asp?ID=169 )

IRC presence

Some of you may not be aware that our clan members talk a lot via IRC. You don't know how to use it? What to do?

It is quite simple to use. A client can be found here:

You simply need to install it.

After that, start the software and open your options.

Step 1 (see http://nagasadow.org/irc_01.gif for an example)

• your full name (doesnt need to be your real name)

• an email address

• a nickname (maxlength = 15)

• an alternate nickname

Step 2 ( http://nagasadow.org/irc_02.gif )

• choose the Undernet as the server. You may choose additonally a random Undernet server or a specific one. It doesn't matter. Sometimes a server is offline. You need to disconnect and simply try another one

• connect via the connect button ( http://nagasadow.org/irc_02_a.gif )

Step 3 ( http://nagasadow.org/irc_03.gif )

• enter the channel name and press the button "join".
  

Step 4

Start to talk. Simply type in your message and press "Return" to send it. And enjoy the insanity of our clan =)
