Hello to you all! Allow me to introduce myself for those who do not know me: I am Krath Priest Scorpius, the new Quaestor fo House Exar Kun. I have been a member of Clan Plagueis since its founding, having been part of Clan Exar Kun before that. In the past I have held the position of Tetrarch over several battle teams, and presently hold the position of Eclectic Pedagog: Leadership Applications. I have trained two of our own to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight (Vasily and Famosus), earned a variety of awards, and held the position of Prodigy of Plagueis. It is an honor to now be serving all of you as Quaestor. I send my sincere thanks to those of you who have taken the time to personally email me congratulations and a willingness to help out.
As I was only recently appointed to the position of Quaestor, I do not have much to report on. This report will mainly focus on plans for the future of Exar Kun as well as some other things going on.

House Exar Kun is on the path to greatness. Together, we can make House Exar Kun the greatest house in the entire Brotherhood. Already in the works are ways to increase the fictional development in the house, open more award-earning opportunities via competitions, and get to know eachother more. We will utilize our message board and the IRC channels. We will increase communication and activity in the house. We will turn Exar Kun into a house where great leaders will arise. I challenge the Equites and Elders to look to the Journeymen and help them out; they are the future leaders of the Brotherhood. Journeymen, do not waver from activity and never hesitate to ask for help. Be as active as you can in the Shadow Academy, ACC, games, message boards, and IRC. And, most of all, have fun. I sometimes see people forget what this club is about; they get wrapped up in "work" with the Brotherhood and "duties" here and there. This organization exists to allow us to have fun, whether it be writing for a competition or playing a game, in an environment that we all love: the world of Star Wars. With strong and stable leaders, we can accomplish all we set forth and have fun doing so.

Our Rollmaster/Envoy, DJK Orzon, is working hard in his position by introducing new members to the club and helping them advance. Newly-appointed Assistant Envoy GRD Jaysen Erdon is helping him out. However, with recent promotions and departures, several other positions of leadership have become available.
I am accepting applications for the position of Aedile of House Exar Kun. Applicants must be active in and out of the IRC, must have passed the Shadow Academy Course on Conflict Mediation, and must have at least a 48-hour email turn-around time. Send applications to me [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] and remember to CC Consul Sarin and Proconsul Salth. The applications deadline is April 28th. I will make my decision on the 29th.
The Battle Team Leader positions will be sorted out once the BT War is finished and the AED is chosen. Don't forget that the position for Editor of the Plagueis Chronicle is also open. Send applications to Sarin and Salth!

A monthly competition where we reward the three most active members of the Clan for their efforts in continuing their training at the Shadow Academy. The members who successfully complete the most courses will be awarded Third Level Crescent awards.

Each month the Top 3 Clan members that obtain the most victories at the ACC will be awarded a Crescent for their accomplishment. This will be an evolving competition through the end of 2006, with Third Level Crescents awarded monthly to the Top 3 Clan ACC Champions!

- [DJB] Hunt the Khobasaurus!
I will be playing the role of the mighty Khobasaurus! Whenever you see me with the nickname "Khobasaurus" on IRC you can challenge me in JA or JO. If you win you will get 2 ECFs (and 10 loyalty if youre also in the GMRG). If you lose you will get 2 CFs and your limbs will be mercilessly torn off your body and you'll be left for dead. Only one person can challenge me each day and the first person to challenge me will get to play. Good Hunting!

Ah, Spring Break. What a lovely time of year. I've returned home to dear ol' Los Angeles for the Spring. It's been fairly relaxing. Last night I went to a Dodgers Game with my brother, father, and three other people who are friends of my dad's. One of them is a rather eccentric man. He's a Hollywood type; director, actor, writer, model, and producer all in one! Anyways, he has a habit of going through rather eccentric antics while at baseball games, and has been questioned by stadium security multiple times. So, we get our seats (directly behind home plate) and are watching the game until a chap selling Cracker Jacks walks by. Mars (the eccentric fellow) asks the salesman how much for the entire bag. Bewildered, the man counts up how many are in there and says "$60." Mars hands him $100 and takes the hole box, proceeding to randomly throw the Cracker Jacks to people in our section. He does the same with ice cream, cotton candy, and other delicious little sweets. Luckily, he did not cause as big a distraction as he did last time, where he managed to get the attention of the players and a visit to the stadium security office. All in all, it was fun!
And, as usual when I'm out in Hollywood, I am working on a splendid little film. The same eccentric fellow mentioned above (surprise) wrote, directed, and acted in the film, while my father is producing it. It's called "What Love Is", a funny romantic comedy coming to a theatre near you next year (we hope). Anyways, I worked on it over Christmas Break while we were filming, and (now in post-production) I helped move the editing office from the studio to Mars' house, as he has been ill lately and his body doesn't seem to like the studio we were using. Now, Mars has a very nice and very large home, just to the left of that good ol' "Hollywood" sign. It is built into the side of a hill, and in order to get to the front door you need to climb four flights of steps or take the old, rusty, iron lift. THAT was fun.
And my day was made even better when I discovered that as a present for graduation I will be having a wonderful 10-day excursion in Italy come June! So, as I said, this has been a very enjoyable Spring Break, and I hope all of you are enjoying whatever time of the year it is for you too. ;)
