Hello everyone. Your friendly neighbourhood Consul here with another report. Before I get on with the "news" itself, I'd like to take a page out of Jac's report and talk about a specific word: Communication. Recently, within the Clan, there has been a lot of break-downs in communication. We are all Arconan. As such, we must all be treated with an equal amount of respect and dignity, no matter whether it be IRC, messageboard or mail. No matter what battle-team or house you're in, in the end, you are still an Arconan and are all striving for the same goal. However, should there be a situation in which another member of the Clan is "getting" to you, inform your leader. If you're in a House, go to your Aedile or Quaestor. And barring that, both myself and Strategos are AWLAYS here to help out in any way. And even for you QUAs and AEDs, remember that before a situation gets out of hand, get in touch with myself or Strat. We can then help out. We do not know of any problems if people don't come to us about them. As such, we cannot then lend a hand. Remember everyone, communication is key to both having fun yourself and to ensuring that Arcona continues to be a great Clan.
o As you all should know by now, we "lost" the Feud with
Taldryan, but we still put up one hell of a showing. We had a great
turn-out and the participation was fantastic (although we can always
improve :P). However, I think I can safely say that our two Clans
were more active than four other Clans combined...but hey, maybe

o The bulk of the promotions and medals relating to the Feud have been awarded. A great many of you have earned some nice new trinkets. Smoke was elevated to the rank of Sith Battlelord while Lucius is now an Obelisk Templar! Xaviar is now a Jedi Hunter, while Vladeck and Scyrone are now both Guardians. Great job to all of you! Jeax, Timeros, Esca and Sashar were also awarded Steel Crosses!
o I'd like to welcome some of our newest members to the Clan. Everyone say hi to D'har Leth, Bronwen, Tormin and Shadowstayer. I hope you enjoy yourselves in this Clan, and if you require any assisstance, please feel free to get in contact with me.
o There has been a number of competitions recently released. The "biggest" one is a large-scale gaming competition, which starts tomorrow (Monday) with details behind found here. You can also find more competitions (including some Clan-wide ones) on the Competition Page.
o Although I've talked about it before, a new website if very close to being put up. Dalthid has graciously given me the files for a website he had previously created for Arcona. I am currenly in the process of tweaking it as well as adding in the necessary content. I should have the basics up within a few days.

o The "other" Feud ended prematurely, with Clan Naga Sadow claiming victory
o The submission cut-off date for the new Dark Voice is around May 29th, so if you're interested in writing an article, jump to it.
o The Great Jedi War now has an actual start date. It should be starting on June 14th..so get ready everyone!
o There are going to be some changed to how the Shadow Academy is layed-out, as well as the addition of more courses and a new site one of these days. Also, there is discussion of removing SA courses from your ID lines, but not your dossier
o Muz did lots of Muz-like graphic stuff (including my warbanner) so check it out :P
