I would like to begin by relaying to all who read this how much I enjoy my time in the DB. As some of you may know, I come from a military background where my time was seldom my own. Many of you share this background with me in one way or another, be it that you have served, or continue to do so, or simply spend a great deal of time at work or school as I do now in my new civilian role. The common denominator among us is, besides our obvious love of Star Wars and creativity, our free time.

Many of us have things that also seek to occupy that prescious time in between work/school-family-and rest. Yet the majority of us choose to spend that time here, at least part of it. For myself, as it may be for you, writing, art, gaming, etc., is a way in which I would choose to spend my free time DB or no. The beauty of this place is that one may do all those things and get to share it with others who feel the same.

My point in this is to simply relay the enjoyment I get from participating here and interacting with people, who once you get to know them, I have found are not much different from myself. I hope that all of you share this enthusiasm and remember that in your time here you will only get out what you put in.

Now that I've dispensed with the philosophical, I'd like to take one more moment of your time to clarify what I'll be doing here as HSK Envoy and Rollmaster. My job will simply be to look after HSK's Jedi Hunter's and below in rank and ensure they have what they need from the House in order to progress and enjoy themselves. There's a certain dichotomy there that we need to understand. You the member help us, and yourselves, by being as active as possible and contributing to the overall good of the House/Clan/Club. We the Summit and myriad facilitators of the House/Clan/Club ensure that you are not lost among the nebulous pages and systems within the organization.

I can tell you as a newer member myself, the more I have participated, the more I have enjoyed. I look forward to logging into mIRC and seeing the friends I've made. I look forward to the next chance to compete against other talented individuals within the club. The catch is, if you're not here, you'll never know what you're missing. So I encourage you to try your hand at what is offered. Communicate, participate, have fun.

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the incomplete nature of this report as I've only recently been granted RM access priveldges so I have very little information from the House as to what you've all been up to. I will post what I have which is sporadic information from the month of June. From this point out, I will basically be detailing what our House members below the rank of DJK have been participating in and what they can do to further themselves in the club if that is their desire.

Specifically pertaining to HSK, we've had some shuffling of positions recently. Namely, I had assumed BTL of Satal Victus which I enjoyed though with a very brief tenure. The House Summit needed a RM more desperately than a BTL so I felt I could best help them in this capacity. At least in this role, I'll have the opportunity to interact with and help more of our members.

If the War ends and there has been no evidence of participation on your part in at least one facet, you will be removed from the House. There's no reason we can't all at least get in on one or two things with so many events now open.

I want everyone here to enjoy themselves. Competition within the club is very rewarding and a great way to let go the stress of our normal daily lives. I want all of you who have bothered to come this far seeking something new, to continue to success within this House. I am here to help you no matter what the issue may be. If I don't have the answer, I will find someone who does.

I very much hope that you all will come to enjoy your time here as much as I do.
