1. Sildrin gets an AK
   

I thought I'd mention this first, because some of you might read through the entire GJW Update and get tired.

So yeah, Sildrin got an AK from the Grand Master. We were planning on giving her a GC, but Jac decided to upgrade it for her DB-wide work. You've already read the recommendations, so I won't go over that.

1. GJW Update
   

*So, obviously my last few GJW Updates have stirred up a lot of controversy. I just want to say that I wouldn't be feeling so bad if I felt like people were actually participating in as many different events as they could. Most of my GJW6 submission emails are Ylith submitting matches. As you'll see in the table, none of the currently running events have more than 10 submissions.

*Don't forget that the ACC event and the Investigations fiction event end tomorrow. Maybe if I'm lucky, that :( will turn into a :) with 20 submissions. Remember when this was all about turning frowns upside down?

*I've also updated the part of the table that includes how CNS did in each indidual event. Obviously we're not taking 2nd in all of these events. Like we're used to, and that explains why all of the other clans have been slowly catching up with us.

*Just remember to try to diversify your activities in this GJW. Everyone is so fixated on the Investigations fiction, and even if we won that there are 11 other events currently running, 6 which have zero participation from the clan. All of the other clans seem to be making a very aggressive push, based on what I see in #DBGaming.

*Also, remember that if you've participated in any event and maybe I don't know about it because you lost, tell me, so I can mark your participation down.

1. Conclusion
   

So yeah, I've been doing a lot of thinking. I've come to the conclusion that GJW's are bad for my health. I can't wait until this thing is over and I can go back to having fun in this job. And, if they decide to run a mini-GJW after this GJW, I'm just going to scream.
