Other than the Great Jedi War, it has been a fairly "quiet" couple of weeks. However, we have received a number of new members as well, so read on.

          o The results for the Fiction event &quot;Investigations&quot; have 
          been released. You can see the placings [here](http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/gjw/results09.asp) 
          and the full results [here](http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/gjw/Event09.xls). 
          Arcona scored quite poorly in this event, and as such, are 3rd place 
          lead has shrunk, while 2nd place has gained opened the gap. However, 
          only 8 events have been marked as of yet, meaning there is a lot 
          of chances for us to gain back that ground.

o There were a number of new events released these past few weeks, with a few of them nearing completion. They include an IRC-debate; another Fiction topic for both Journeymen and Equite+; the second part of the ACC portion and a Graphics event.

o Below is a list of those who have participated in the Completed events (these DO NOT include any events that are still on-going). As such, 8 events have been completed. Here is the current activity of our members:

          If you're name isn't on this list, and you haven't been participating 
          in any of the current events, you should start looking at getting 
          active and helping the Clan, and yourself.

        o The Run-On for the GJW is still going on, and will be running until 
        the very end of the competition. We currently have a good plot, and 
        I urge everyone to jump in and participate, helping move our plot 
        forward. The forum with the Run-On and other pertinent information 
        can be found [here](http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/forum/index.php?showforum=86).

o Every Saturday, at 1pm EST in our IRC channel of #arcona, trivia shall be run. This trivia covers various topics, ranging from Star Wars in general, to DB history, Arcona history, etc... It's a great time, and you'll earn some little trinkets as well if you place.

o We've had a number of new members join the Clan in recent weeks. Straight from the Shadow Academy, welcome Rhexor, Nyl Ian Thiak, Ont Diktare, Orthodox Brother and Vlasis. Keno has returned to the fold as well, and Kresh'taa (Slagar on IRC) has also come to us from the Rogues.

o Just like to say "Great Job" to Malidir for becoming our newest Jedi Hunter. Good luck in getting your saber!

o Oriens Obscurum has recently gone through an AWOL check, with much of the dead weight being sent off to the Rogues. Also, Scyrone has been named the new Bas-Tyra Leader and is already working hard at getting the team active.

o Although the GJW has taken my focus away from other areas, I have been contemplating some small changes to the Master/Student program. I believe I will be changing it more to a strict "mentorship" instead of having actual trials and so forth. This will allow newer members to still have someone to help them along, but it will also force them to be active in the Clan itself.

o Doni Tzu has been promoted to the rank of Dark Side Adept for all of his work these past 10 years. Although he is currently in Tarentum, he is however the found of House Arcona (ie. before we even became a Clan :P)

o There's been a few Tribune reports released as well as a HeadMaster report, so check out the news page for those, if you're interested

o The Dark Voice is looking for articles. If interested, you have until August 5th to send something in.
