All qualified Masters are now able to take on more than one student in order to meet needs

The Clan Summit has decided to allow Masters the option of taking on multiple students. All Summits are in agreement that this is a vital step toward helping along members that need guidance in their trek through the Journeymen ranks.

Take a minute to congratulate these members on showing their desire to advance themselves and the House/Clan. With changes upcoming after the war, key leader spots like these will not only be crucial, but sought after for advancement as well.

Two more members to take up the cause and have fun doing it. I'd like to personally welcome them into the fold and extend to them the House's support in their activity here. If you require anything to help you in your time here, don't hesitate to ask a Battleteam Leader, Flight Leader, Envoy, myself or OP Silent.
Recognition of acheivement

In order to continue things down a proper path and improve the House, I'd like to start making greater mention of our members who are the top-performers and/or participants within our ranks. We all get medals and awards from time to time, but it seems unless it's someone of lofty rank, little mention is made other than in most report's brief "Awards Section" where an individuals accomplishment is often lost in the wall of data.
That said, I'd like to draw special attention to:
PRT Rannik 'Warhammer' Narius, BTL of Keto's Vengeance, for placing 2nd in the Plagueis ACC Duel running competition. Congratulations!
PRT Niman for placing 2nd in the Plagueis Shadow Academy Training running competition. Congratulations!
JH Julius 'Tolter' Caesar for placing 3rd in the Plagueis Shadow Academy Training running competition. Congratulations!
These members may be very close to catching the attention of the mysterious Eye of the Aedile. What reward could that distinction yield?

We didn't get the interest in this position I was hoping for. There are some tough decisions to be made regarding the future occupant of this position. It is likely in the next week that a successor will be named. Until then I will continue to do what I can for our newer members in that role.

You'll notice another new section at the bottom of the report entitled "Required Reading". I'm going to be including things there I think our members should be paying some attention to in terms of bettering their understanding of the Club/Clan/House. Undoubtedly, I will include other things as well, such as club-related novels, literature, etc., that I feel may be of particular interest to all.

The Aedile sees all you do. To this end he will reward your service to the House and Clan. Catch his attention through your efforts and be rewarded. Fail him not. Be warned, the Eye is fickle and if none attract its gaze, none shall it see.

Look for Battleteams to definitely undergo some reconstruction after the war. I'd like to ask all members to please be patient with us as this project is getting larger and larger and may end up encompassing the entire Clan.
A special request to BTLs: If you are a current BTL in HSK, be prepared to start earning your pay after the war. Your position is going to be according new-found respect and responsibility and you will be instrumental in helping us, and the Clan, realize a new vision for BTs.

The QUA has issued an AWOL check in the form of participation in the GJW. If the War ends and there has been no evidence of participation on your part in at least one facet, you will be removed from the House. There's no reason we can't all at least get in on one or two things with so many events now open.
Some members appear to be dead to the House and Clan. If you feel the House-level AWOL check will affect at the end of the war, yet you do wish to remain active, email myself and OP Silent before the GJW ends. We wish to exclude no one, but with the road ahead of us, we simply need the help of everyone of our members to make the journey even possible, let alone successful.

In an effort to encourage newer members, and perhaps some older ones, in advancing their knowledge of the DB as a whole, I will include in this section helpful links, sites, documents, and other readings that will be useful to all of us.
This week I reccomend you peruse the Clan Plagueis Website. Within its pages are contained virtually everything a new member, like Carnor and Zakk, or an older one like Tolter, needs in order to learn our history, the workings of the House/Clan/Club, as well as stay updated with Clan events.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to get out there and do some reading on your own in order to maximize enjoyment and be successful in your stay here.
