It has been some time since I've written a Consul report, due to the fact that Strategos had written a report himself during that time (yes, I was just as shocked as the rest of you :P) As such, much of the information at the bottom is gathered from a number of weeks. Now, onto the report
**GJW Updates **
Yes, the GJW will now get it's own little section in this report.
Much has happened since I last reported, and the competition itself
is coming to a final close. Many of you have been really pushing
forward and doing what you can for the Clan. You will be well rewarded
for all of your hard work and effort. However, I am also dissapointed
in a select few, especially some of our "veterans". I
will not name anyone specific, but a quick look at participation
totals will point out that a number of our long-time members have
not been pulling their weight. At times like these, it is the veterans
who should be leading from the front. It is the classic "Put
out, or shut up". If you want a say in this Clan, than you
must also show yourselves to be a useful member. Past accomplishments
can take you only so far.
Currently, Arcona is once again holding the 3rd place reins. CSP is still very close behind us, but I am confident that we can continue to increase our lead while getting every closer to second place CNS. The more of us that jump in and do what we can, the further we will get.

Although this doesn't show every single event currently, it does give your a rough idea at where we stand. There are still a number of events, and as such, I am hoping to see these stats go up by a large number. This is the final push, and every little bit will help the Clan
o We had a few veterans of Arcona return to the fold, and I'm hoping to see some wonderful activity from them during the remaining weeks of the Great Jedi War. Cyris has already managed to snag a 2nd place finish for us in a previous event
o Strategos has decided to step down as Clan Envoy. In his place is DJK Selene, who has done a marvelous job as House Envoy in Galeres. We hope to see her continue her great work with all of our new members. Taking her place as Galeres Envoy is JH Malidir
o We did have one "large" promotion since my last report, so I'd just like to congratulate Devani once again on attaining the coveted rank of Dark Jedi Knight. You will also notice a handful of merit medals were awarded. These are for works done for the Shadow Academy, so congratulations to all of you.
o Every Saturday, at 1pm EST in our IRC channel of #arcona, trivia shall be run. This trivia covers various topics, ranging from Star Wars in general, to DB history, Arcona history, etc... It's a great time, and you'll earn some little trinkets as well if you place.

o All of the Gaming Nights will be coming back this week, with the ICTE having already returned this past weekend.
o A quick message from the CoJ: There has been a couple incidents recently of "stolen" work. Anything created by a member is their personal property. While you may use their work, permission is needed. This is especially important in things like website layout/coding and graphics. Unless otherwise stated, such works belong to the original creator and any attempt to use them without their permission is considered plagiarism and you will be punished for such an act
o Benevolent has been elevated to Exarch and Alanna was awarded an Amethyst Kukri. Congrats to both of them
o The DBPA has a new website, which you can find here.
