The comlinks of each of the tyro of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse buzzed insistently in the manner ascribed in each device to the Tetrarch of the phyle. Each team member would hear the familiar accented voice of Baron Zarco urging them once again to battle.

“Greetings. The war reaches its ending upon Antei. We have been summoned by Master Alanna to protect our home system for the opportunists that will surely seek to prey upon us in what they believe will be our absence. The resentment, no jealousy, of the other clans bubbles over such that they would give up their place with the Grandmaster on Antei just to take from Taldryan when its back would otherwise be turned.”

“Rise with me. Feel the anger boiling within you. Take that anger and focus it. Do not let it be the weak anger of despair. Let it be the drive within you. No matter what your pain or upset, corral it, let it propel you and then turn it with your will as a hurricane spins around its center. Be that center. Let every foe you vanquish be the past that ails you. Inflict your own brand of suffering upon those that would steal from us as a way of taking back and building upon your regained power. “The other clans are gaining upon our successes in this war. Thus, I anticipate that the battle in the Kr’Tal system (OOC - the run-on) may spell the difference. This war may come down to how the tale of our exploits is judged by the Brotherhood as against the tales of the other clans (OOC - again, the run-on).”

“Dark Jedi Knight Tiberius Serpentium and Jedi Hunter Ricco Vao have been our staunch and most consistent soldiers in this war. They are my left and right hand respectively. Archpriest NexusMage has seen battle and brought honor to his team. I urge the others, who have been waiting in the wings, to fly. “Some have urged others to battle arguing that we cannot lose this war for Taldryan has never placed anything other than first. Do I need to threaten you with the shame of failure to impel your flaccid spirits? No, I urge you to battle for its own sake. A being who must be threatened with shame has none.”

Zarco’s voice was gone as was surely the inhibitions of his tyro.
