Greetings everyone!

It is my pleasure to announce to you today the selection of a new DGM!

This person has served the DB well for quite some time now, and I'm certain his experience, leadership skills, and creativity will work great in the position of DGM!

So everyone please join me in congratulating DGM Z'lar Kahn!

Also, with the position change comes a rank increase. Congrats again to DJM Z'lar Kahn!

With ZK's departure from the positions of OHC/CoG, we were in need of someone to fill them. And so I give you OWL Rizlib, the new CoG/OHC! I'm certain he will do very well on the DC, and I hope you will all join me in welcoming him!
