_SIXTH MONTHS... _

Sixth months ago I joined the DJB. I had unknowningly stumbled on the ACC site during a google search for information on Dark Jedi pursuant to my interests in Star Wars EU. From there I slowly realized just what I had found: a group of people as fascinated and intrigued by the galaxy far, far away as I was.

It took a while for me to regain the creative impetus I once had in college. I spent four tough years in the Army and felt drained after existing in a world where there was no time or place for fanciful writings. 18 months as a civilian has shown me that I didn't lose the abilities, hobbies and interests that I once possessed. They were simply tucked away, waiting for me to come back. I feel the DJB has helped me to get back part of that which was quiet for so long.

NEW PROJECTS ON THE HORIZON

I've learned of some interesting things that will be coming our way. Some I've planned myself and others will be a collaborative effort. All of them will hopefully aid us in our goal of creating fun things to do and hopefully spark some more activity.
