I realize many people in the Dark Brotherhood already have JK3, and some people have also submitted results for JK3 matches.
Based on my best judgement, I've decided not to sanction JK3 as an official platform until the actual release date.
I realize this may upset some people, and I apologize, but allowing the DB to sanction JK3 would condone the act of piracy. I also feel its unfair to reward people who have essentially stolen JK3, while people who intend to buy it go unrewarded.
JK3 matches will NOT count for any official competition. Additionally, no medals are to be awarded for any JK3 matches. Anyone who currently has JK3 will simply have to wait.

I just thought I should put in my comment as preator to this matter.
Firstly I did nab it :), But I still have the intention of buying it :D.
Secondly, pretty much what Khobai said, its unfair to thoes who are being honest people and waiting for it. Thoes of us who do have it, we'll just be all practiced up ;) hehehe. But by all means thoes who have it, play it. Just dont be trying to submit them for any of the comps ok.
Lastly, I doubt if it did by some chance say a majority of the DB did Download Jk3 that we would allow it for comps. If the entire DB did get JK3 offline we still would not allow it for comps because it would almost be like that we support piracy or that we are in fact computer pirates. We dont want the rest of the world to have that image, that the DB is nothing but computer pirates. If that were to happen the roster would drop tremendously.
Well there I said my 2 sents on that.
Keep playing JK1 and JK2 for comps, and for thoes who already have it play JK3 ;)
