RevengeX moved his legs in a moderate rhythm as he steadily climbed a mountain's side surrounding the oasis in which the headquarters of the great House Acclivis Draco lay. With a small and rather poorly drawn map in his hand, he carefully followed it towards a supposed valley in between two mountains. The valley was marked "Potentially Dangerous" on the map, but the Archpriest kept walking, wondering what was there. Using the Force, he was able to spot the valley at approximately 2 miles away. He continued to walk while thinking about the events that were unfolding: The Festival of the Fox had begun and the celebrations had started within the Brotherhood with the rewarding of the much revered Seals of Loyalty, which Revenge had earned the year before. The Day of Palpatine was coming up and the Quaestor, being on the inside, knew of the giant parades and entertainment that would be involved. Revenge licked his lips in anticipation of the Clan's holiday. As he walked, he realized that he needed to write a report. So he began to think...
INTRODUCTION:
This was a great two weeks concerning activity! I'm glad that you all are working so hard (even though it makes it harder to track activity...)!
CLAN NEWS:
The House Feud has started! A list of events has already been sent to the Acclivis Draco mailing list. Be sure to participate in at least one event (the mini-games are easy to participate in)! We get points for participation, so don't only think about winning (though that's good too). Also be sure to congratulate the recipients of the Seals of Loyalty and the "Seals"! Those people rock! :D Conclave has been canceled for the duration of the House Feud unless otherwise stated by a Clan Summit member.
HOUSE NEWS:
House Feud, House Feud, House Feud! Get those entries sent in to Braecen ( [Log in to view e-mail addresses]) and Phoenix ( [Log in to view e-mail addresses])! Events 1.1 and 1.2 are easy to participate in! Also, Events 1.3 and 1.4 only take two minutes each! And for Event 1.5, holler at me if you have JK, JO, JA, BF2 or Allegiance. Remember that if you play a champion (Ras or I), you get extra points! And that if you play someone in your own House, you get half points.
HOUSE DIRECTION:
Ambition. What is it? Plainly speaking, ambition is a desire to hold something greater than what you currently are. Ambition is not detestable until it becomes excessive and obsessive. Ambition can help fuel the fire of activity, but those who are ambitious must realize that they should NOT seek personal glory. Personal glory always feels good, but does it really help others? Are you being a "good" leader by only seeking personal glory? Most probably not. One must realize that the work they do should be for the good of the entire unit. Whether that's working on a project in real life or in the DJB, it is important that one understands that one should not seek personal glory in these situations. In personal vendettas (or feuds like the House Feud we are fighting), it can sometimes be good to seek ambition so that you can really push yourself to attain the high standards and goals you set yourself.
I would like the reader of the last paragraph to think a moment (it won't hurt too bad, I promise) and reflect upon one's own ambitions. What are they? Do they only help yourself? Do they help others? In what ways? Why do you think this? It is important to make sure that we do this every few days so that we don't become egotistical jerks who only help themselves for the sake of personal glory. Remember that, it might be important later on.
HOUSE PROJECTS:
-House Wiki Page Updates
-Fictional Battle Team Roles
-Expanding the House's Fictional History (on hold)
Please contact me if you would like to help with any of these on-going projects.
FUTURE PROJECTS:
-Antenora In-Depth
This project will attempt to greatly expand Antenora (the home planet of House Acclivis Draco), its history, surrounding areas and such so that it actually has some kind of depth to it instead of just being a small planet which is the home of Acclivis Draco. You can view the current wiki page here: http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/wiki/index.php?title=Antenora. As you may, or may not be able to tell, we need some awexome stuff on there. This can be considered a branch of the HAD Wiki Project. A few people will be contacted about this, so please do not email me saying that you wish to work on it... YET.
If you have any ideas about projects, feel free to contact me.

RevengeX neared the valley at last and saw that it truly was "potentially dangerous" because if any loud sound was made, giant rocks at the top would fall and instantly crush the noise maker. Checking his map again, he took out a pen and scribbled "Valley of Silence - Valles Silenti" and drew a little arrow that pointed to the valley. He sat down with his back against one of the few trees that littered the valley and began to write...
