Since I have only been in the post for a couple days, this will not be as extensive as any normal report from me. First and foremost I would like to outline some small expectations that I have for all of you, these are simple and easy:

1. Communicate at all times: I know that at times it might be frightening to reply to a clan wide, or house wide email over the googlegroups, I know I have been scared too. Please, if you read something and have a thought, CONTRIBUTE THAT THOUGHT! Do not be afraid to respond to an email over the groups. As well, if you ever go on IRC and chat (or idle) talk to everyone, and meet everyone. Communicate with people. I have been in the DJB for almost 7 years now, and there are still quite a few that I do not know, so I will be doing the same.

2. Participate in competitions: Think for a second..........your leaders work very hard to come up with creative and innovative competitions. Long hours are spent at developing and implementing a competition only to have 1 or 2 people participate! Why is that? Please everyone for the sake of making your leaders feel good about themselves, participate in one, maybe two, maybe all! the competitions. So participate in competitions to at least feed your leaders ego, or suppress their inner depression.

3. Do not be shy: This relates back to what I was saying in #1. Email Aabs, email Orz, email Ky, email me, email Sarin, email Jac, email someone, say hello. There are very few people in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood that I have met that are not friendly, those that were only did enough to get to ACO then forgot about the whole thing.

I think this should be enough for now. I really challenge everyone to catch on with these things, and think about them.

Now if I was an arrogant fool I would say I can do anything and everything, but I can't and I need help, so I will need some assistance from people in my new position. I am looking for experts, (or potential experts) in the following areas:

• HTML expert

• graphics expert

• competition ideas expert

• motivation expert

• trivia expert
