CNS QUA Report 3rd January 2007

Hey all.

The more observant amongst you wll you note the number 6 has changed to 7 on the end of the year in the above date, it means New Year has been and gone and we're into 2007!. Hope you all had a happy New Year with friends/family/a bunch of people you didn't know but ended up hugging and kissing indiscriminatley at midnight. I hope 2007 is a great year in this House and this Clan, lots of people getting their lightsabers, kicking rear in the next GJW, and generally being happy and having fun.

So whats been happening recently?

Firstly loads of HLK Members got a huge load of Crescents from the Feud, and loads more people are clocking up those Clusters of Fire. Xayun's been going crazy updating it all to the activity list and it will all be taken into consideration come the Conclave.

Secondly, loads more work seems to be appearing in the Wiki, Clan stuff like the military forces and company details seem to be updated all the time and more and more of you seem to be creating your own entries. Anyone who hasn't go for it. If you want to see an example of an unessesarily long wiki entry check out mine, especially if you're having problems sleeping.

Thirdly, the ewok/wookie runon has begun and we're on space on the way to Kashyyyk. For anyone who hasn't posted yet and wants to you can use the trick Shimura has done and write yourself as on the ship already, having a nod off in the sleeping quarters, eating in the recreation room, clinging to the hold I dunno use your imaginiation.

Fourthly I know there's quite a few people working hard on their Knight Trials aiming to get that saber. Good luck guys it's a great feeling when you get it and for those ACC fans amongst you really helps out in those battles. For everyone else working hard good luck to you guys as well. As I've said before consistant regular activity is the way to go, as is enjoying what you do.

Lastly as a sad point Epis Kat Pridemore has resigned from her Pro Consul position and joined HLK. On a personal note I'm both sorry to loose her as PCON, and I'm also still sad about the circumstances surrounding it, as are quite a few other people I spoke to. I hope nothing like this happens again in this Clan, both for the stability of the Clan itself, and for the confidence and well being of future leaders. It's made some of us already in Summit jobs feel just that bit less secure than we should be and something special a bit less so.

Anyway, keep active, have fun don't forget all the competitions currently out, my still life and runon, Vladeks create a creature II, Ashias party which still has a few hours left and Naga's Alchemy competitions. As I've said before we're trying to create varied fun stuff to do so give them a go!
