_The hum and bustle of activity swept across the entire compound that was home to House Caliburnus. What would normally have been a quiet dawn was instead the scene of well ordered discipline and preparations. Striding across the courtyard, the Aedile felt a surge of pride as she was greeted by the faces of the members of Caliburnus as they assembled to receive their orders.

Once again the Children of the Sword were being called upon to answer their Consul’s summons. Caliburnus had three short days to ready themselves and join with the forces of Acclivis Draco to present the united strength of a Clan under the banner of the Royal Clan. The Grand Master had invoked the Rite of Supremacy, and now Scholae Palatinae made ready to answer that challenge.

Those members who had already tasted such battle stood calmly, their eagerness for battle tempered by experience and reason, however, they would be fierce upon the field of battle. This had been proven time and time again. House Caliburnus contained many of the greatest warriors of the Clan. Younger members glanced around with nervous anticipation, but were no less eager to prove themselves in the upcoming fight.

Satisfied that the House’s preparations were progressing on schedule, Rasilvenaira headed back toward the main building to finish her own personal preparations. _

Greetings all,

There’s been a lot of activity lately, and that’s always good news. We have a lot of cool new things going on and lots more on the way, so keep an eye out for them.

News:

I am really pleased to say that Caliburnus has been very busy lately, and that makes me really, really happy. You are going to hear this a lot over the next couple weeks, but starting this Thursday, March 15, we have the Rite of Supremacy starting. This is a Brotherhood-wide competition giving each and every one of you HUGE chances for personal glory as well as the pride of knowing you will be carrying your Clan to the top. So keep your eyes on your emails, the Clan and House Summits will be working hard to make sure you all have the information you need to do well in the coming events.

Ongoing Projects:

This is a little section that I’ll be using to let you guys know what I’m working on.

1. House Website redesign. www.housecaliburnus.org
   

It is almost completely done, there are just a couple more things that I will be adding when I can.

1. House related wiki pages. I’m currently working on trying to make sure the wiki pages we need for house related topics are created, edited and maintained.

2. Caliburnus layout and plans. When you check out the new website, you’ll find, if you click on the “Ptolomea” button, a host of information about the planet House Caliburnus calls home, as well as more detailed information on the House Headquarters themselves. This will hopefully aid in adding some continuity to House fictions as well as just giving all of you a better idea of where it is that you live.

3. Super special top secret project. This has been put on hold until after the RoS.

Clan Scholae Palatinae is filled with talented and dedicated members. I have worked and fought side by side with most of you over the last year since I joined this Clan. We have the members and we have the skill and we have the talent to win the Rite of Supremacy. I am personally challenging every single one of you, participate. Do any event that you are able to, try all of them even if you don’t think you can win. By pulling together, striving forward as a solid and united Clan, we can’t be beaten. Our loss will only come from within, if we fail to rise to the challenge. Personally, I don’t like losing; I refuse to see the Royal Clan being forced to yield to the other clans in defeat. I hope that all of you will join me in this sentiment. You can count on seeing me out there fighting; I expect to see the rest of you out there too. Remember, whether you are a brand new Apprentice who just joined, or if you are a Dark Jedi Master who has been around for years, your efforts are important. TOGETHER we are unstoppable.
