That's right - in case you weren't aware, no one on the staff (save the CM/DCM) has had ANY involvement in RoS battles. True, we have combatants of all sorts; those going for the points, those going for writing great battles and some in between - none of which are wrong or right; it's all in the tactics the fighter's have chosen. The event was drawn up to cater to either ability; the short post times, the short post lengths, the short battle lengths all cater to the 'speed demons' who want to rack up points, while the potentially intricate venues cater to those who want stuff to write about - equally, a lot of the good writers may even find the 600 words to be challenging, i.e. getting a great post in 600 words can be tough. With that, and again, I never expected this level of participation - it really shows a dedication to your clans - though I'm sure that some are thankful that wins/losses are not going on your records, LOL.</td> </tr> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> Finally, I gotta give a shout out to the new folks, the more recent members of the ACC (not necessarily the veterans of the DB who just don't usually play :P).
