Greetings Pandragon Members,

Hope all is well and welcome to my very first CMDR report!

My name is JScumm and I am the new leader of Pandragon. Thanks to QUA Alex who picked me for this job. Well, a little bit about me :P ...everybody calls me JS for short. I love the DB cause I can bring my love of gaming and star wars together, though I'm a mediocre MP gamer, primarily because my crappy internet connection but I play for fun so what the flip... :P

Now let's go to bussiness, shall we :)

There is a major change in Battle Team Pandragon, as I suggest to Alex to make Pandragon as the training centre for House Oriens Obscurum. So all new members are assigned to Battle Team Pandragon and, following the Arcona promotion guide line,the commander and the flight leaders will help and guide the members to get promoted to the rank of Protector or Guardian, by giving them tasks or competitions, just like the Master - Apprentice program, while at the same time assisting the new member with any other issues they might have.

Don't relent, the path is long, but you have completed the hardest part if you graduate from this "proving ground" :)

After they get to the rank of Guardian and above, if they wish to learn their path further they can seek a Master to train them to become a full Dark Jedi Knight and I believe they have found their places in the brotherhood, as they maybe holding an introductory position as a Battle Team Leader (Pandragon perhaps :P), or may have helped new members get familiar with the Brotherhood. Who knows one of them will be the Grand Master of DB? :)

DJK Desdemonea and GRD Neophyte as the Flight Leaders and I will help the members above in this training centre. If they prefer gaming activity, they can come to me or if they choose writing stuff: ACC, Run-On, short/long fiction, Dessie or Neophyte will be pleased to guide you.

That's it for now, lastly... I am going to send a small email to each one of you that has a few questions in each that will just let me get to know you. Hopefully, I will report the progress in my 2nd report next week
