_Report, Jade Serpents, 4/04/2007

Sai entered his office, the electroluminescent lights automatically switching on as he crossed the threshold. Settling into his chair, he was greeted by its usual creaks and groans, and he made a mental note, as he always did, to look into getting it replaced.

He took his calligraphy kit from the desk’s side drawer, along with a clean scroll of paper. After unfurling it across his desk, Sai selected a brush, dipped its bristles into the inkwell, and began to write:_

Here’s what’s been going on since the last report, 3/13/07:

We just finished the Rite of Supremacy; I hope that each and every one of you who participated had a great time, and got a better idea of the competition we face within the Brotherhood. As you may have seen, we have some pretty stiff competitors, hence my desire to get our team to the elite standard that I know we can reach!

Shin’ichi is to be commended for the time and effort he put into the Clan’s placing entries in the Battleplan Event of the RoS; his selflessness and dedication is a shining example to us all!

For those of you who participated in the Rite, rest assured: you will be rewarded according to your works! Patience...

Awards:

As you can see, there is plenty to keep us all busy until the GJW! These comps are a great way to get your name out there, to get rewarded, and to have fun in our club!

Ink Blotches:

As the report illustrates, quite a few of you have been active in the past weeks! I am extremely proud of you all, and can’t wait to see what else you can accomplish during your tenure here.

I myself have contributed to the Fiction, Battleplan, and ACC events of the RoS. I was encouraged as to the level of participation I saw during the Rite, and I’m looking forward to seeing you all in the ACC at some point. In fact, if you’d like to challenge me, I’m always looking for a spirited “training session” ;p! I also have some plans for Team and House Comps in the making, as well as a joint runon with Sapphire Squadron! If you have any suggestions as to other comps, or what you’d like to see happen in the future, please forward them to me. I have an open door policy, so use it!

When you get a chance, please reach out and offer Horus a warm welcome! Horus, I look forward to serving with you, and rest assured your contributions will be appreciated!
