Report, Jade Serpents, 5/09/2007

_Sai entered his office, the electroluminescent lights automatically switching on as he crossed the threshold, noting the presence of his father’s katana hanging above his desk. Settling into his chair, he was greeted by its usual creaks and groans, and he made a mental note, as he always did, to look into getting it replaced.

He took his calligraphy kit from the desk’s side drawer, along with a clean scroll of paper. After unfurling it across his desk, Sai selected a brush, dipped its bristles into the inkwell, and began to write:_

Here’s what’s been going on since the last report, 5/01/07:

We’ve had some very exciting developments over the past week! Not only do I have a promotion to report, I can report the completion of my comps to create a logo and new motto for the Battle Team! Feast your eyes on the new logo of the Jade Serpents:

Libertas In Tenebarum

I’d like to thank all in the Battle Team who participated; your shinys are on your dossiers. I’m sending a special congratulations to Shin’ichi Endymiron Keibatsu, who won both comps; special thanks to all who participated! His motto, “Libertas In Tenebarum”, or “Freedom In Darkness”, most represents the direction I’m taking the Team, one that speaks of the membership’s ability, through contribution and activity, to have a direct hand in shaping the direction of the Team, House, Clan, and Brotherhood. Great Job, Shin!!!

Ink Blotches:

All in all, it was a much better report to put together this week. I love reporting to the House and Clan Summits that the members of the Jade Serpents are being active, and contributing to the glory of the House and Clan. Let’s keep it up, guys!

As always, I’ve been very active in the ACC as a Judge; I did note Adrien attempting to qualify for the Proper. If you’d like some help with that, remember, use your resources and drop me a line! I’m more than happy to assist you where you can! I’ve also submitted to the Fiction and Run On portions of Part I of the CNS comp; I will continue to do so in Part II!

With the promotion of Sanjuro, my goal of seeing every one in the BT enjoy a promotion continues to be fulfilled! Excellent job to Sanjuro!!!!!
