_ Rasilvenaira looked up from the stack of papers on her desk as the agitated chattering of two Voorpaks drew her attention. The two males, Kysril and Coshi, were squabbling over a small toy she had made for them, and despite their efforts to look ferocious to one another, she couldn’t help but chuckle. At the sound, the two stopped their squabble and looked up at her with quizzical expressions.

“What? Don’t give me that look, you have to learn to share, I’m not giving you more toys.”

Turning her attention back to the work at hand, she sighed as another small ball of fluff had decided to go to sleep on the papers she had been reading. Carefully the Aedile scooped Losa up and set her on the desk off the papers. With a yawn and a small squeak, Veshi shifted on Rasilvenaira’s shoulder and hopped down to the desk to curl up again with the smaller Voorpak.

“I’m beginning to think you guys are conspiring to keep me from working. Hmm, I suppose I could take a break for a little bit. Care to join me for a walk to through garden?”

The four Voorpaks squeaked and even Losa was suddenly wide away and bouncing on the desk. Rasilvenaira gathered them up and they each found their favorite places. Coshi and Losa shared the left pocket of Rasilvenaira’s robes, Kysril settled in the right pocket, and Veshi took up her perch on the Aedile’s left shoulder. The Battlemaster smiled, and headed out of her office, making her way to the garden.

“I’ll get that report done when I get back.” She thought to herself. _

There have been new reports released by the Headmaster, Herald, and Combat Master, so make sure to take a look at those. There are two EP positions open, the details are mentioned in the Headmaster’s report. The DGM, Halcyon Rokir, has been temporarily placed as the Deputy Combat Master, while Dalthid is on LoA. The Fiction Tribune has released a new competition. I also encourage you to take some time and browse the House and Clan Message Boards. There are several opportunities to offer suggestions or opinions on various subjects.
