Phoenix walks through the shadows towards the seat at the head of the room. The cloak flies off and lands on the back of the chair.

A dark presence is felt by the Battlelord, a foreboding evil, unable to be placed. A loud knock resonated on the door to the ProConsul's office.

"Lord ProConsul, an urgent message has been..." the journeymen gasped for air, cut off by a wave of the Firrerreon's hand.

"Leave me," ordered the PCON as he lowered his hand releasing the now blue journeyman.

"Pho, looks like I won't be getting you that shipment you've been waiting on," stated Cruzer. "There have been massive attacks on convoy shipments throughout the Inner Core and no one has any answers. I'll send you an update as soon as I get word. Cruzer out." The holopad went blank as Phoenix stared out the window.

If I were to label my most active and energetic member, it would have to be Cethgus. Cethgus has single handedly helped me to construct a fictional spacestation for the House. This project included upwards of 10 pages of written material, producing graphics, and quite the level of ingenuity. The Best part about working on this project with Cethgus was he was punctual, willing to work, and not afraid to help others. Cethgus made this project extremely easy for me by working his hardest to see it completed. Not only did he complete his share, but he spearheaded the project. People followed his initiative. When Real Life hit some of our members, Cethgus picked up their work and completed it within the set timeframe. In all honesty, I was shocked to see Ceth so involved and ontop of his game. I was even more shocked to see Cethgus complete this project effectively alone. Constant updates about his progress and questions about what was desired made this project run as smooth as a oiled up “Slip n' Slide”. Thank you Cethgus for helping me in the construction of Dynasty Station! Beyond that project, I am extremely proud of Cethgus, who has also shown a large increase in maturity with other clan members. He has worked hard for fun, and has also worked hard where it counts. Cethgus was made BTL of the Souls of Darkness and he is making it extraordinarily hard for me to feel any regrets about doing so. He has reported regularly and twice as often as I required. Cethgus has welcomed the newest members to his team in a punctual manner and is extremely friendly. Cethgus has been working on communication with me and his team at a voracious rate. Ceth has evolved from an annoying little Journeyman into an annoying but extremely helpful Equite! :P Above that, Cethgus is always active in gaming and competitions. He has a near perfect record in the CSP Summer Games and has even made it to be a SET All-star! Cethgus also pioneered and participates regularly in the CSP JA Training sessions. His name is always cluttering my inbox and I can't say that I mind it. It is hard for a Quaestor to argue with the status of the house when members like Cethgus are involved in the operations of the house. Cethgus, Excellent work. The Least I can do is to reward you for all your extremely hard work! Congratulations.

Rasilvenaira

Rasilvenaira StormRaven is basically the lifeblood of House Caliburnus. She does everything from her duties as Aedile to Gaming with clan members to helping me get by in everyday tasks. Ras is punctual with reporting and always eager to do something else for me. I say in all earnestness, I would not have accomplish one tenth of the feats I have without Ras at my side. Most recently she has personally undertaken a massive project of creating images for House Caliburnus' Fictional Backdrop. These images are for the House's Compound and require large amounts of time to complete. In this project there are upwards of 30 images of a relatively large size, all of which Ras completed herself. Above that, Rasilvenaira maintains a level of personal activity that is not matched by any, near or far. She games, (like every game) She trains in the ACC, she writes fictions, all without any prompting from anyone. Though I think she works too hard sometimes, her vigor has not waned at all. In the recent CSP Summer Games she completed 7 events, placing in most of them. Also, she created the website for the event. Rasilvenaira also aided greatly in the creation and production of House Caliburnus' “Golden Iris Conflict”, a series of short competitions with a fiction background. She created the website and invented some interesting NPCs that the house is using as an enemy. Even with all this work, Rasilvenaira still takes time to make sure I am having fun and still living. She also does extensive mentoring for the younger members of the clan. Her students in the MSP are some of the most active in the clan because she is so active herself. There are not enough medals in the world to express how appreciative I am for all her hard work, kind words, and accomplishments. However, since I am writing a reccomendation, I think this will suffice. Congratulations Ras. Thank you for everything you do, every day. Keep up the killer work!

RevengeX has done a fantastic job in the time between the Rite of Supremacy: Second Darkness til the conclusion of the Cocytus Olympiads: Summer Games. And I offer this as a small token of thanks for his efforts. With the Clan in a lull, recharging after a vigorous RoS campaign, RevX found multiple ways to keep himself occupied and his House moving forward. Personally, he still found time to continue his campaign of DB domination participation in several ICTE & SITs. In fact, he solely provided the Clan's representation in a event that brought CSP six new X-Wings. Combine this with his flawless performance in the Summer Games (12/12 Event Submissions) and I belive that merits recognition. However, what differentiates this from a Dark Cross request is his ability to still drive the activity and direction of his House. In that time he has created several competitions to help build his House Prospectus (Facilities, Landmarks, etc), tasked members with creating Ritual ceremonies for CSP Artifacts and has begun to re-draft the artifacts to provide a more in-depth, easier to read product. Great work, Revenge... you not only have earned this award, but you have proven yourself one of HAD's best Quaestors.

Thran Occasus

Thran has done a fantastic job in the time between the Rite of Supremacy: Second Darkness til the conclusion of the Cocytus Olympiads: Summer Games. As a member he participated in the Summer Games, delivering five submissions and placing in two of those events. His early example and insistance to compete helped spur Caliburnus into activity. However, that was not his only contribution. As a leader Thran delivers reports weekly (on Tuesdays) to his members. They comprise of activity, going-ons, House fiction and the developments of HC. One such development was the creation of the Golden Iris Conflict - A Caliburnus Campaign (8 events) - in which he created several pages of well written fiction, hand drew images of his NPCs and has contacted his members to raise the activity level of the House. Most impressively, he did this all as he developed a new spaceplatform (fiction, images, details, NPCs) for the Clan to use in their fiction for the upcoming GJW. For consistent leadership, creating of a great competition and helping develop his House & Clan through various projects. I believe he is well deserving of this award.

Scholars:

The Shadow Academy is a great tool and asset to further one's understanding of the Brotherhood, The Expanded Star Wars Universe and Leadership within the Brotherhood. In the early stages (APP, NOV, ACO) it can be a useful tool to explain the basic elements of the DJB. For the older members it is simply a way to expand their own, working knowledge base.

Now, when it come to promotions and medals, this is how it is followed.

-Consul: May promote up to Battlemaster, Prelate and Archpriest

-Proconsul: May promote up to Warrior, Templar and Priest

-Quaestor: May promote up to Dark Jedi Knight

-Aedile: May promote up to Jedi Hunter

Which means, any promotion has to be cleared with the higher ups.

-Any member can recommend a promotion/medal, but it must be cleared through the channels.

-All Medals must be approved by the Clan summit, unless they are for something outside the clan....(i.e DBPA, GMRG work.)

-The exception to this rule would be if it were added to clan work, then it must be approved.

To add another part, all Honorary Titles(Palpatine, Paladin, etc) you still fall under the Leadership of the House you reside in. There are no exceptions to this.

Also, all information pertaining to house histories, story line's, etc. must be run through their perspective house summits and clan summit.
