Phoenix Phyle Report #8

Vodo’s time was being spent operating the mechanics of the Ektrosian Competition, the Ektrosis Cup. His desk was cluttered with paper work, and files left behind by the departure of the Queastor when he was promoted to Proconsul of Taldryan. This left the already untidy office of the Sergeant in a larger state of disrepair.

A small plaque on his wall announced Vodo as the Obelisk Sergeant of the Phoenix Phyle Team, though everyone knew, that as a Krath, he was actually a Tetrarch. No matter, he was what he was, and noted that the same mistake had been made with Tetrarch Joshman, an Obelisk, in the Hex Battleteam.

With the end of the Ektrosis Cup in sight, Its clear to all involved that we’ve had a great turn out in participation, and not only from Phoenix. I would like to thank Joshman for his help in this competition, and to Menace for being the unfortunate AED left with the job of helping judge at a moment’s notice.

As for Phoenix, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for participating. We’ve had an awesome, no, an incredible turn out in the past two weeks of this competition. I have never seen this level of activity from a Battleteam, and I’m proud to be here with you all.

Let’s get ready to kick ass in that Great Jedi War they keep mentioning…!

Dalthid announced the changes to the ACC Character Sheets, including new rules on point distribution to handedness (which hand you use the most, or both). His demonstrations of this new system can be found here:

In other news, Muz has once again assured us the GJW is near, and that we should expect to see things we’ve not yet seen in a Vendetta.

The Headmaster would encourage you to take the IRC Ops course, and I would too. I haven’t yet taken it myself, but it’s another one to rack onto your ID line, right? Oh yea, you’ll grow in experience as well! If you’d like to volunteer to help audit (check) the Shadow Academy, shoot an email to Drank and Anshar. They are looking to tally the recent submissions to the different courses, and seeing which ones don’t get used, and will get taken down.
