Consul Report #16

Well, here we are at yet another Consul report. This one isn’t as rushed, but still I’m trying to keep it short for the likes of all of you. Usually, the Projects section is the most important section, so I advise that you at least read that part.

You probably noticed it’s been a while since my last report. I decided to do this one bi-weekly, and in the future I’m going to lean more on doing that, although I’ll release them weekly during the Great Jedi War. Anyways, on with the report!

The only news around the clan lately is that the Great Jedi War is coming up, so let’s get ready for that. I have seen the rules, but not the story, although I still can’t say much. I will say that there will be fiction events, gaming events, graphic, poetry, plus possible puzzles. I haven’t seen the events, but I’m just making guesses off the rules. All in all, it’ll rock, so let’s make sure we kick ass.

• Website merger is finished. House websites = blown up by Death Star… errr… Jac!

• Wiki articles are almost finished. I’ll give a full report when the project is completely over

• Possessions are getting pictures made, plus one or two new ones being made

• MSP rewrite has entered early stages, but things are looking good thus far

• New feudal system is also being looked at, although will most like go on hold until after the GJW

• After the GJW, I have two ideas for a major clan-wide competition. First, is a house vs. house competition, like the Olympics. That is not yet written, just an idea. Second, is a major clan epic run-on that will involve certain enemies of us. This one I’m actually writing right now. Either way, these are a few months away, so we’ll see how things go.

• There are other projects out there right now, like the BT revamps, but these I just talked about are the major ones

As the GJW looms, most competitions are coming to an end. My Monthly Competitions results for June will be released tomorrow, and the competitions will go on hold until August, so no awards for July due to the GJW.

My possession competition is running, though, so head on over and take a look at that, since it is real easy. In the future I’ll think about running more bacon competitions :D

That’s my report! Again, short and sweet and to the point, although in the future I’ll get more specific on some things, especially when it comes to the Great Jedi War stuff. Enjoy your week, and prepare for war!
