Many Changes have happened within the Clan. This is my final PCON report/First CON report as I take the mantle of Consul. Though I do so with a heavy heart, we need to move forward for the betterment of CSP. Braecen will be staying on to train the new KCE when they are chosen. Braecen has held this position with a fervor and tenacity that I wish all our members have. So I would like all of you to thank Braecen for his hard work as Consul and help to push us further in the next coming months.

His establishment of policies and procedures that have led to a streamlined and efficient Clan serve as an example for all to follow. Krath Epis RevengeX Palpatine has served as a devout son of Palpatine supplying priceless leadership as the QUA of House Acclivis Draco. His dominating performance in the Great Jedi War inspired and motivated his troops and superiors alike. Leading from the front, Revenge was without peer in CSP during the War. For his continued service to the Dark Brotherhood and his Dominating performance in the GJW, I, Grand Master Sarin, award the Sapphire Blade to Epis RevengeX Palpatine.

Impetus

Archpriest Impetus Korin has served two Houses (HAD & HC), but her faith in CSP has never changed despite serving a multitude of positions. Her commitment and dedication is shown by her valor on the battlefield as she rallies her fellow members to give their best. Waging war against the Clans of the Dark Brotherhood and the Yuuzhan Vong, Impetus placed herself as one of CSP’s finest warriors. For her service and dedication to the Dark Brotherhood and CSP, I, Grand Master Sarin, award the Sapphire Blade to Epis Archpriest Impetus Korin.

During the course of her time on the ACC Staff, Rasilvenaira has been promoted and awarded in various fashion by her Clan, with the mention of her work on the ACC Staff thrown in together with the rest of the recommendations. However, she has never been fully awarded for her efforts as part of the staff, and I wish to rectify that now. As a trainer, her duties were two-fold. One of her jobs was to be the partner for someone who wishes to qualify. That then requires her to post in the battle and in the end "judge" to determine whether someone is ready to move onto the Combat Centre proper. Her second set of duties were the "training" aspect. This involves not only posting against someone, but also giving them detailed points and tips on each of their posts. These are some of the most time consuming jobs in the DB, and she did it all while continuing to be an active and integral part of her own House and Clan. Altogether she was responsible for well over 30 such training and qualification matches. This is then on top of being on IRC, and being an active "helper" in the ACC channel, guiding those newcomers around the ACC itself. She has also "won" ACC MVP two months in a row, being an integral part of keeping much of the workload off the shoulders of the CM and DCM during that time, while they concentrated on the RoS. For all of her hard work and dedication to the ACC during her time on the staff, she is more than worthy of this award. Thank you

The Shadow Academy is a great tool and asset to further one's understanding of the Brotherhood, The Expanded Star Wars Universe and Leadership within the Brotherhood. In the early stages (APP, NOV, ACO) it can be a useful tool to explain the basic elements of the DJB. For the older members it is simply a way to expand their own, working knowledge base.

-All masters fall under the Envoy System because that is who they must report to on the Advancement of their student.

Now, when it come to promotions and medals, this is how it is followed.

-Consul: May promote up to Battlemaster, Prelate and Archpriest

-Proconsul: May promote up to Warrior, Templar and Priest

-Quaestor: May promote up to Dark Jedi Knight

-Aedile: May promote up to Jedi Hunter

Which means, any promotion has to be cleared with the higher ups.

-Any member can recommend a promotion/medal, but it must be cleared through the channels.

-All Medals must be approved by the Clan summit, unless they are for something outside the clan....(i.e DBPA, GMRG work.)

-The exception to this rule would be if it were added to clan work, then it must be approved.

To add another part, all Honorary Titles(Palpatine, Paladin, etc) you still fall under the Leadership of the House you reside in. There are no exceptions to this.

Also, all information pertaining to house histories, story line's, etc. must be run through their perspective house summits and clan summit.

This is the bottom line, this is how the system works.
