Brethren,<o:p>/o:p

I realise its been some time since my last report and Im the sort of person that would rather spend time leading than writing admin. With the war over it is time to turn our attention to rebuilding and training the next generation. As part of this effort I have decided to take guardian Orzo as my apprentice. In other news, all or mostly all the awards from the war have been awarded, congratulations to all that contributed. <o:p>/o:p

Also we are in the middle of obtaining a new fleet, and there are several smaller competitions in the works (see the db site for details). We all so have an AWOL check in progress, so anyone thats not reported in by next week will be removed from the active roster, so spent 2 minutes of your time and type an email.<o:p>/o:p

We have seen steady activity from our new members lately Shadow academy and a lot of exams have been past have been passed. We also have 3 new novices. So Id say things are fairly stable right now.<o:p>/o:p

There are a few projects I want to work on with the rest of the summit, we did better in the war than we expected, but to use this as an excuse to be complacent will only harm us in the long term.<o:p>/o:p

Id also like to announce that (depending on interest) I will be running classes in Empire at war, this is aimed at new players but vets are welcome also. Anyone interested should email me and Ill see about setting something up.<o:p>/o:p
