It has been a fairly quiet week in the house considering there is a major comp running I realise a lot of people are war weary after the war. This comp is a chance for the newer members to prove you and be recognised, veterans: this is an ideal time to help new people direct their raw talents so they dont cut off a limb or something. Ive been trying to do acc battles lately, the first one timed out but that was an accident, Im waiting on someone to post and I plan on challenging trev. Also A reminder that the first part of the comp ends on Friday, so please do what you can as people put a lot of effort in to this club so the rest of you can hopefully have fun. This clan is stronger when we work for the long term and not short term goals, trust me while ranks and promos are nice after a while you realise that they are not all important. Yes this place is about fun, but its also about community and working for something greater. This clan has a long and proud history forged from the hard work of dedicated members. I feel this is worth remembering every now and then.<o:p>/o:p

The clan should come before personal whims (advancement ECT). To me this means only applying for a post if people are willing to do/learn the job, and it should be done purely to earn the next shiny or promotion(those can be a consequence of doing a good job but its not the best reason to seek one).<o:p>/o:p

We are are a time of renewal we can ether harness it or we can stagnate, those are our choices. I will help anyone that wants to learn new things and make an effort here, but this comes with the understanding that you get what you earn. And this comp is the perfect way to start showing your resolve.<o:p>/o:p
