Dark Greetings Tridens,

Man things have been busy for me. Last week of classes, start of final exams, illness, and a new girlfriend that's taking up most of my free time. Needless to say, my absence lately has been connected directly to all this and much more. But things will soon be calming down for me. I have one more exam and its not for a week. So I should be coming out of this slump pretty soon. Likewise, I understand if things have hectic for the rest of you lately as well and I hold no ill feelings if it has prevented you from participating in the DB. I just hope everyone realizes that RL is always more important than the DB, and you should never have to sarcifice yourself for us. No fun in that, and its not why we are here. Anyways, aside from all this I have a new report for you all. Things have slowed down a bit but tis the season this happens, right?

Rollmaster/Envoy Competition

I've had some competitions rolling around in my head lately. I've been waiting for some feedback from the House summit before I run a Tridens competition from my office. Hopefully soon I'll get this out so keep an eye out. Likewise, I've had some ideas for a clan-wide competition but that will have to be discussed with the Clan Envoy and summit before I do so, we'll see how this turns out.

Raiju's Advancement Policy

So last report I explained what this is. If you didn't get a chance to see it go to the House Roster page and look at the Rollmaster report section. A new development on this front; if you didn't hear or read on the news page Clan Tarentum came in first for the recent Envoy competition getting the most Initates to Apprentice (and APP to NOV in the case of a tie like there was). I'm so excited about this, means I'm doing a better job then I thought. But its not my victory alone, props to Seph, Sato and Telona for doing so good as well; I'm glad to be working with you all. Hopefully with all of our efforts the next Envoy competition will be a piece of cake. However, let's make a note here that without the activity, interest, and desire from all you new recruits all of this would be useless so Thanks!

MSP

Since my last report we've paired up all the free students and finished some reorganizing of the program. Now the MSP page on wiki is update with the Tridens information and I will continue to monitor it and update it after each report. Check if out to make sure you're M/S pairing is officially approved and up there. If not, check in with me.

As always though, if you would like a student or are looking for a master let me know and I'll help you out.

Where's da Beef?

Well, Sarin is officially looking for applications now for the next Tarentum Consul. Good luck to all those from Tridens that apply, as to everyone else within the clan. Until BF is gone all drinks in the Tridens Ale Pond are gonna be put on his tab so drink up. If you're looking for help with your application feel free to contact Bloodfyre. Likewise, if you are looking for a reference please feel free to contact any of the Tridens Summit and we'll be happy to talk it over with you.

Competition Entries If you are submitting to ANY competition in the brotherhood, please remember to CC your summit. A lot of activity gets missed because people don't inform us when they have submitted to a competition because we don't always get lists of participants and we only find out the winners from the medal requests so please remember to CC Arch, Adien, and myself when you submit to a competition. Likewise, if you run a competition it would be great if you passed along a participation list for us. Thanks in advance!
