Hate to tell you, guys, but it's time for things to change around here.

I'm completely skipping an IC introduction this time. Straight to business.

Alright, HSK. I've been Quaestor here for a couple months now. I've been in this Clan when things were terrible, when things were great, and everywhere in between. I've seen conflict, politics, plenty of drama, but this is the first time I've ever, EVER seen such stagnation out of the House.

A large part of the owness on this comes to me. I've been gone for... well, ages. My real life has recently been pushed into new things. Unlike one would expect, probably unlike what I should do, I am not resigning. I took this job knowing that some days, it'd be a pain in the ass. This is one of those times, and I assure you, I'll be picking up my own reins.

Now, for you. Most of our House is made of new members. Most of you, I don't know. Most don't know me. This is going to change, and when I say change, I'm not saying please. As Quaestor of this House, I have the right and power to tell you to get your asses in gear, and I'm doing so now. If Consul Aabsdu or Proconsul Terrak would like to comment on this, they can in an email to me. I assure you all, this change is strictly and totally to get us going.

From now on, I don't want, wish for, hope for, or desire to recieve activity. I demand it, until things get better. I'll be putting two new competitions up. One will be utterly simplistic, the other will take some work. I demand one entry from everyone, EVERYONE, in this House. If I'm unclear in this at all, let me know. If you can't participate, and I mean gun-to-your-head can't, I demand a Shadow Academy course, a promotion, anything out of you to show you're still with us.

This is how it is, now. The time for slacking, the time for relaxing and letting things flow has passed. I go into my email box and see the green film over the House. This is ridiculous, so until I see some definite improvement, some definite development, things will be alot harder here.

Order of Keto will be announced within the week. Journeymen, I will be speaking to you all. We're a house full of new members, we should be getting more promotions like nothing. Equites, prepare to take a much more active roll in journeyman training.

Commander Te Me Nekaka is to be saluted for his continued and undying devotion to the team, despite everything else sinking slowly into Hell. Temen, expect rewards for your continued service, even if I have to strangle the MAA to approve them.
