Dark Greetings Tridens,

And happy new years! Hope the past two weeks have treated you as well as they have for me. School has started again for me so that's kept me busy up till now. I seem to have gotten back into the grove of things which is opening up more free time for myself. However, I'm not too sure how things are playing out for the rest of you so let me know. I've been holding off this report until I had some solid activity to report but things have been fairly quiet on both the leadership and membership levels. But, I'm not about to go another week without a report since you guys deserve to know whats going on, so here we go.

Important Announcements

Rollmaster/Envoy Competition

So like I mentioned before, I didn't get the participation levels I wanted for the Identity event, so I'm waiting to hear from the rest of the summit team on how we are going to proceed with this. Fortunately, I do have results for this event and I would like to send congrats to Szordryn Telnos on his first place entry and Dock Alfar on his second place entry. Medals will be rewarded asap guys, thanks for participating.

Circle One

Just wanted to do a little promotion here for Elols; in case you didn't know he has been made the new BTL of Circle One and while he and his core group of members are working on a new name and history for the squad they are still looking for more to come join in their fun. While Lucius started the team as a gaming squad, they have moved more into a fiction squad. So if you are interested in regular fiction competitions and competing in the ACC, send myself and Elols an email and we'll see that you are transferred in asap. For the gamers out there, if any of you would be interested in creating a new BT for gaming specificly then please shoot me an email asap as well.

New Competitions

So things have been too quiet lately for Tridens as a whole and I like to think this is because of the lack of options for you guys so I'm working on getting some competitions approved for you guys. Once they are I'll let you know, as for know shoot me an email on the types of competitions you are interested in. And of course, if you want to run a competition please send a msg to the summit and we'll go over it with you.

Assistant Envoy Position

So its been over two months since I first took this position as Envoy/RM, and during that time Adien has acted as Assistant Envoy to help me learn this position. Now though, I can safely say that I am working well in this position and I think its time for someone new and fresh to start learning this position for future preparations and for general leadership experience that can be used to build their DB careers. So if you are interested in the position of Assistant Envoy, please send me an email with an application attached. General Requirements I'm looking for are: PRT or above, average email turnaround of 48 hours, and a high IRC presence and understanding of the program mIRC.
