Sometimes, one would be amazed by the difficulty that it poses to a person, when they have to appoint another person. I have spent long hours reading, and rereading the eleven applications I received, and to me, most seemed very qualified. A choice had to be made.

Arcturus Gadeskin Xyler, I hereby bestow upon you, the renewed powers of the Deputy Combat Master. You have proven, in the past, that you were ready to work, through blood and sweat, to better the Antei Combat Centre. With this application you have sent me, and the record of your work, I could not pass you on this. You were a strong ally of Xizor’s and one of the strongest warriors I have seen to this day.

I have, long ago, trusted one of your ancestors, Avarus Montacue Xyler, as the second in hand, of the Black Brigade Army. He died for me, and I believe that you would be ready to also give as much for the Combat Centre. Such power flows through your blood, and now, they are mine. Together, we shall strengthen this society.

Quick unrelated note : Apologies to the DC for editing my report so much. First time doing it, when your new to this stuff, can prove to be pretty bad :P
