“You summoned me m’Lord?”

Vodo stood at the wood book shelf at the back of his personal office. The room was dark, and dramatically lit from the top, with lights casting dull light spots on the walls all around. Presently, the Aedile was thumbing through an old book, which smelled heavily of age and experience.

He turned a page, causing some dust, having collected there since the book had last been accessed a thousand years earlier, “Yes Tyro. I did.”

The mention of his Battleteam Position was not missed, “How may I serve you Master Biask?”

“It has come to my attention that you have been a valuable asset to your Battleteam, and that Tetrarch Corvinus highly values your services…”

“I cannot say my Lord, but I try my hardest to make my saber at the disposal of the Tetrarch when ever he pleases”, Tirano Yamayura was uneasy, unsure of what exactly he was doing in the Aedile’s Office.

The Twi’lek set the ancient book down on his desk, also of carved wood, and walked forward to stand before the Dark Jedi Knight, “There are troubled times ahead, Knight. I have seen glimpses of it, and I have discussed with Mistress Alanna about them, who mentioned to me that she has also foreseen these times.”

“Troubled? How so?”

“I cannot say for certain, my powers have yet to come into full bloom, and I am like a child who sees the world around him, yet does not comprehend it. Needless to say however, we must weather this storm, and we must accomplish this with skilled leaders.”

It began to dawn on Tirano what was happening as Vodo continued, “Tetrarch Corvinus has stepped down to make room for new leaders, so that Ektrosis, and Phoenix, may remain strong, despite the times. He has recommended you to take his spot. What say you?”

Tirano was speechless. He could only merely nod, and bowed deeply before the Aedile. The Priest placed a hand on the shoulder of the Knight and sent a pulse of the force through his body. He was filled with strength and courage, as well as the vague images Vodo had seen. Among the chaos and destruction of the Times of Trouble however, there was a lone figure, barely recognizable, as a battle scarred, and considerably older Tirano. Was this the future? Was he to become a great warrior, and make a name for himself among the Lords of the Dark Side? Only time would tell.

-Tirano Yamayura has been selected as the newest Tetrarch of Phoenix Phyle Battleteam. Because of his fresh ideas, and direction to lead the Battleteam, as well as our need to train up newer members in the basics of Leadership, the House Summit thought him the best choice to lead the Phyle to glory. Congrats to you Tirano. We’d also like to thank Sena for his devotion and leadership, as well as his grace in choosing to step down to make room for those who need the experience.

-A bunch of guys received Merit Awards for impressive activity and initiative. Though it isn’t official, Sklib and I like to sit down at the end of a month, and look over the collective activity of the House’s Membership, and see who is deserving of a Dark Cross, or even possibly higher. It should be every one’s goal to be one of those receiving these awards at the end of the month! Congrats to Amiz, Ace, and Tirano for their DC’s for their activity in February!

-The Grand Master finally released his promised report, but did not deliver what he had promised, and what we wanted, namely the new force powers and order paths. Though we didn’t get the big news we were expecting, he did go ahead and create a headline anyways. The Society of Envoys has officially been terminated. Clans and Houses can retain their envoys as Rollmasters to fulfill the place the Envoy’s once held. Alanna will remain in her capacity as the Nerf Herder of Ektrosis as the Rollmaster!

-JAC’S BACK! He took a short LoA to regain his composure, so here’s to hoping he’s ready to get back to work on the Force Powers System!
