Banshee Brigade

Korvyn walked the streets of Cervus flanked by Tash on his left side. The rrubble was slowly being rremoved and the town was being rebuilt. Most still lived in the great town hall but more and more were rebuilding their homes that had been destroyed by the Vong invasion. It seemed that no stone had been sparred from the devastation wrought on this place.

“Are the patrols set up?” Korvyn asked his new assistant and second in command.

“Yes sir, The Troopers are taking most of them but a few of the Members of Banshee have also volunteered for duties as well” The eager young man replied.

“Excellent,” replied Korvyn, “you’re progressing nicely one day you will command this Strike Team. Until then though remember who is in charge.”

No reply was needed as it was just a statement of fact. Tash was loyal and would follow orders this Korvyn knew. Now if he could just figure out what to do with the rest of the Brigade.

We are doing good with some being active others I haven’t heard from in a bit. Next month will be the Independence games. I want to see a good showing form the BT in the event. Also Everyone Congradulate Tash He has been really involved with the BT and done a lot to help me get organized and has numerous project going on with me to make the BT an awesome place to be. For this reason I have asked him to be my assistant and operate as ‘Numba 2’. His enthusiasm and Volunteer effort to make this a great BT will hopefully catch on to some of the newer members.

Once again let’s revisit this since only two people have requested a roll:

Rolls in the Battle team. Here is what I have decided as far as selection. Rank will select first. If 2 members have the same rank and request the same Roll then the First Tiebreaker will be Total medals earned. If by some chance it is a tie still total SA courses passed will apply. Basically Rank has its privileges and so does activity. Now for the Information on the Rolls

Banshee Rolls

The idea behind this is to more define the rolls of members in both the BT and in our interaction with others via fiction and run on.

For example someone might be given the title of Pilot for the Transport. This person will ALWAYS pilot our transport into and out of battle in fictions and run-ons. However they might be in charge of training others in the Space formats such as BF2 Space combat XWA and XvT.

I repeat Choices will be extended based on numerous criteria. No choices at all may be extended to newer members until we have gotten to know you and what you’re capable of. That doesn’t mean that you don’t have a Roll since not everyone in a real platoon has a defined roll other than to Fight and Take Orders. I feel that this will be a great way to increase activity set some ground rules for fictions and run-ons as well as have a lot more fun.

I have received 3 entries so far for my Comps but none for the history. That is the one I wanted the most. You only got 36 hours left but hopefully you’ve all got kick ass entries waiting to email me. Here is what I want on the History. Where did our name come from? What were the events leading up to our creation? Names and dates aren’t as important to me. How and why are.

The seal is a one time thing so make it good if we use it I have been informed that it won’t be able to be changed anytime soon.
