# House Caliburnus

Quaestor Report <-

_The Quaestor, who still had not totally explored his new office, went looking for things Rasilvenaira had tried to hide from him. He had found the secret refresher, spicy food cabinet (which he guessed Ras hadn’t found from Thran’s reign), and droid recharging socket. However, what he was avidly looking for was Ras’ secret liquor cabinet. Yzarc knew that Ras kept the best of her liquor in there, and he planned on sharing it with the house when CSP won the Independence Games (which he expected to happen, especially if the members were promised the best liquor on Ptolomea).

Yzarc stared at a picture of the Cocytus system, taken from the space station floating above Ptolomea, Dynasty. Yzarc went up to it and tried to move it, as one would move a normal picture. It wouldn’t budge. With a glint in his ice blue eyes, Yzarc tried to swing the picture out, like a door, from both sides. Again, it wouldn’t move. Yzarc pulled down on the top of the picture, and it swung down, revealing the best alcohol on the planet. Smiling, Yzarc laughed to himself, “Drinks on Ras.”

The Independence Games are, as I’m sure you are all aware, underway. What does this mean? Knock down events left and right. To start hitting competitions for the IG’s, head to http://independencegames.stormraven.org/independencegames/IG08/index.html. Everything is on this site. Rules, Events, the whole backstory, everything. Also, if you have a question or a problem with something involving the IG’s, bring it up with Pranja, Phoenix, or Braecen.

Stuff is starting to flow better now, and I know that I owe many of you crescents from older competitions. I hopefully will be able to get on top of that this week and send those shineys your way.

Check out Muz’s Deputy Grand Master Report, some spoilers are in it for you. Also, check Tron’s Wiki Tribune Report, they’re trying to get Dark Side Scrolls to you for writing on the wiki.

I’m gonna pull and Archangel (nice report, by the way :P) here and say: Participate in the Independence Games, earn yourselves Seals and Clusters and Crescents, oh my!

Last week was pretty hectic for me, however this week, I’m off from school, so expect a lot to get done.

Also, a big welcome to Ylith, and a big thanks to Xathia for stealing him from Naga Sadow :).

As I’ve said above, I plan to continue and/or start projects that Rasilvenaira was working on. I remember asking people in my final Aedile report for people who are good with wikis. I’ve gotten more responses, so if you feel competent with working with the wiki, e-mail Archangel and myself.

I also plan on releasing new competitions soon, similar to the monthly competitions that Rasilvenaira was doing. I will be working with Ras and getting all the older competition winners their well deserved medals.

Also, in accordance with the new Master at Arms’ policy, we can award merit awards for good amounts of activity and it will not take away from a promotion request, so expect to see more merit awards to fly your way, but you still have to work toward them. :P

Finally, I have time to get backlogged crescents out to you guys. Look for these flying your way, hopefully this week.

Internet Relay Chat, or IRC is one of the Brotherhood’s main forms of communication. It is not hard to set up, and you can follow the easy guide to do so ( http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/irc_guide.asp)

Members of House Caliburnus, like you all are, reside in the channels of:

• #scholae This is the channel of Clan Scholae Palatinae.

• #caliburnus This is the channel of our House, House Caliburnus.

IRC is extremely important because it exists in real-time, or something you say is read the second you hit enter.

Other channels you should know about are:

• #db This is the channel of the Dark Brotherhood as a whole.

• #dbgaming This is the channel you must be in to game on a normal gaming day.

• #outerrim This is the channel you must be in to game during the Inter-Club Training Event (ICTE)

So far, I’m pleased with the amount of work I’ve seen from you guys for the Independence Games. I want every single one of you, who has participated, to send your entries to myself, Archangel, and Q’win, in addition to Phoenix, Lucien, and the IG’s site. I have a tracker that I have to submit to Lucien at the end of the Games for Merit Awards and CSP Merit points.

As I’ve said above, I’ll hopefully be working on backlogged stuff this week (starting with this report and hopping onto old Crescents you guys deserve).

Last, but definitely not least, PARTICIPATE IN THE INDEPENDENCE GAMES!!!!
