Hello all, and welcome to another edition of the Hex Report. It’s been two weeks since my last report, which I’m quite sorry for. I put it off, and then a few things happened. Yesterday I crushed my foot, and it hurts pretty badly. Anyways, I’m going to have a super long report for you all, just because I’ve decided to pile up everything from the past two weeks or so. Enjoy!

New Magistrate to the Herald Chosen!
That’s right guys, our herald has chosen his new Magistrate. We all know of this person that was a contender for Ektrosis Aedile, as well as the first Dinaari Intern. Congratulations go out to Taldryan's own Jerse Remid for taking the position! Next time you see him say congrats! Be prepared to see some of his work in the next little while

Gaming News
Our thrusting Gaming Tribune Shadow Taldrya has released a small news post on the DJB Site main page. This post is short, but it does get the point across for any of you gamers out there. The Rights of Combat are now in affect, and for those JO/JA players out there, you are only to use OFFICIAL servers, that have been approved by himself, Muz, and Sarin. Anyone caught using an unofficial server for a match will have the match discarded in the CF awarding process. We don't want this to happen, being Taldryanites, so lets please stick to the approved servers, people. While Empire at War players aren't affected by this, please keep this in mind if you also own Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy. Moving on.

There was no Pendant of Blood up for grabs, because normal gaming resumed in the middle of the week. As a small ICTE note, Saturday the 24th was a DOUBLE Cluster of Fire day, meaning if you played a match you got double the normal amount. This is a great way to get back into the gaming front, and I wished everybody that was able to participate, did.

Fiction Tribute Report
Once again, our Fiction Tribune Raken has released another report. This edition of his report details the many things that he has been doing lately, and he really deserves a pat on the back for all of his hard work as Praetor to Sarin and the Fiction Tribune. As we have all been waiting for, Raken has released the new due date for submissions to his set of competitions. You can find the specifics to the competitions by clicking the banners that he has up on his report, which was located on the DJB site main page. I’m sure you saw it.

Headmaster Report
Aabsdu has released another Headmaster Report, this time a little late. Give him a break on it though, as he has had exams and such. Expect him to be back in full swing again, to grade exams and approve histories. My good friend Tsingtao Ming has been chosen to be the new EP for the History of the Sith Empire course. Remember to congratulate him on an application well done, and expect good things from him.

DJB Plot Update
Sarin has released a piece of plot update that was put together by our fiction tribune Raken. It’s a very nice read, and entertaining. Please be sure to be patient with the fiction tribune on the rest of it, as it does take a lot of planning to put together and write.

Seneschal Report
Our very own pwntastic Jac has released his first report as returning Seneschal. This is his second or third term, I’m not really counting. Some good news though! The character sheet beta stuff is coming very soon. He’s putting together the last few accounts, so expect to be testing these hot new CS’ soon. Cotelin is also looking for a praetor/magistrate, that will eventually take over the DC position. You need to have a firm understanding of a few coding languages, and be prepared to learn a new few things. Read the report located on the DJB site main page for more details.

Wiki Tribune Report
Tron has released a new report, detailing on recent edits, as well as the articles with the most revisions done to them. I encourage all of you to take part in helping the wiki somehow, as it is the biggest resource for the DB. Also, the wiki tribune has decided to open up two staff member positions, and there are a few requirements to join up. All requirements are located on his report, which is at the bottom of the DJB site main page. Applications are only being accepted for a few more days, so better hurry up if you want to apply.

Deputy Grand Master Report
Once again Muz has released a report. There are a few interesting images in this one. A preview of some weapons and the seal that will be awarded for the Independent Games has been released, so yay for that!

Hex Competition Finished
My second competition as Hex Tetrarch ended nearly a week ago, and I had two submissions. Raistline Majere was able to take the win from a former Tetrarch, so congratulate him. His medal has been awarded to him already, which he is most thankful about. Stay tuned for more competitions from me!

Hex Competition Running :P
That’s right, I’ve got a competition running. This time we have a caption competition going, and I expect to see some emails so you folks can get your images and send me some captions. So far I have a single submission, and it ends in two days. Be sure to participate, as there are is a crescent up for grabs.

The Sentire Taldryae’s Bidding
Our Aedile still has his competition running until June 6th, so get cracking if you haven't already. I myself have started writing a submission, though I've been kind of lazy. Be sure to participate, as there are nice 4th level crescents up for grabs!

Another Amiz Comp?
Hex's very own DarkAmiz has released another competition, meant for all of Ektrosis. I encourage all of you to participate, mainly because it's an easy crescent if you win!

All in all, it's been a pretty quiet two weeks. There was barely any activity from you guys the entire span of the Independent Games, which I'm not to thrilled about. I do however expect to see more competition submissions, as I'm running these things for you guys. I hope to see a little bit more activity, but sometimes things just need times.
