Jade walked across the hall glaring at her members sitting at the big table. Her newest members unsure of what was going to happen the older members knew from the sound of her boots on the floor and the way she swung her hips that something was up…and it was trouble brewing. She came to an abrupt halt at the end of the table and eyed them all, nodding once to Shan Long in respect and appreciation to have him back in the Night Hawk home.

  “I’m pleased some of you are still bringing glory to the Night Hawk name, however I am displeased with the amount of activity.  This team is known to be the Elite and you have been chosen for this team.  It has always been, and will remain, an act of great honor to be a Night Hawk Elite!  So it’s time to play a little hardball…Night Hawks has shone in glory, only a few short weeks ago, it’s time to bring that back!”  

   Jade looked at each member in the eye, staring them down with a dead certainty that things needed to change.  “Apprentices Kantor and Nik Walls, it is so easy to get promoted you have one week to get promoted, or you shall be remove from Night Hawks.  Acolyte Kaos you have 2 weeks to be promoted. The Rest of you have exactly one week to get those competitions in and/or doing an SA course.”  Jade crossed her arms and waited for any objections. She could see it in their eyes but knew they dared not speak against it. “It’s time to bring Glory, Honour and Respect back to the Night Hawk Elite!”  

OOC: for the Apprentices and Acolyte here are the requirements to be promoted.

Trials of the Apprentice

In order to be promoted to Novice, the Apprentice must complete ONE of the following tasks:

Create His/Her Character History

Pass the Test of Wisdom, Endurance, or Agility

Do a basic activity in the House.

Complete a Minor Task set by the Battleteam Leader.

Join the Clan on IRC (Internet Relay Chat)

Register and Post a Message on the Clan Naga Sadow Message Board

Following completion of ONE of these tasks, the rank of Novice will be granted.

Trials of the Acolyte

In order to be promoted to Protector, the Acolyte must complete THREE of the following tasks (none of which were used to satisfy a previous promotion requirement):

Participate in 2 Competitions.

Earn a Crescent from a Competition.

Earn a Dark Side Scroll.

Earn a Cluster of Fire from a Gaming Night.

Contribute about 2,500 bytes worth of work on a CNS-related wiki article. Contact the clan summit for a listing of articles that still need work.

Complete a Minor Tasks set by the Master (BTL, AED, or QUA is acceptable if Acolyte has no Master)

Following the completion of THREE of these tasks, the rank of Protector will be granted.

OOC: A reminder that AT LEAST ONE BATTLE TEAM COMPETITION MUST be done PER WEEK in order for you to remain in the Night Hawks.

Medals Galore!!

  I am currently implementing a New reward system for the Night Hawks. Your job is to design a Medal based on the following.  There are 3 medals to design.  Each will have a winner would will get the crescent and laced on the Night Hawk Wiki. Congrats goes to Teu for designing the first medal!! You all have until the 30th to get these done!!  

Clawed Spirit

  The Last in the standing of the three activity awards. This depicts the claw of the Night Hawk masquot.  Gold in colour with a jet black back ground. Lighting bolts of silver are pin striped through the claw.  Given to those members who have received 4 Darkness Bidden awards. Shows that the receiver has loyalty and courage in their heart to bring their fellow Battle Team members to a high standing and to show just how proud they are to be a night Hawk Elite.  

The Daggers Beak

     A coveted and hard to obtain award.  This Medal is a rarity in its awarding. Given only to those who have done a mission for the Battle Team leader, and brought the Night Hawks to a proud and noble standing by their actions.   

Time Capsule

  This is where you get to be part of  Night Hawk History. We are making a time capsule, laving our mark for the next generation. Pick an item and say why you chose hat item to put in.  I suggest you look at the Night Hawk wiki for things that will help you pick something Night Hawk related. The Swords Real Life:

  As for me, not much new here. Been busy packing things up for my move, in the process found a few things I thought long lost, like a binder filled with star wars stuff that I had printed off the internet oh about a decade ago!  Including a complete Jedi Training manual! Decided that the new neighbours are just going to LOVE me when they see I have decided to take up drums!  I’m pretty excited, I learned basic rock in about 5 min.  The guy who took me on doesn’t take many students and his students have been known to win battle of the bands and such so I’m pretty excited about that! Something to add to my musical career!! Other than that same old same old with work.  

In Closing:

  Ok Night Hawks, remember that the best way to have fun is to get active.  Apprentices and Acolyte, don’t forget you have a week and 2 weeks to get promoted.  Make sure you CC me on your choices and all activities.
