Welcome, fellow Galereans, to my first Aedile Report! My apologies for the brief delay, a few RL hiccups held up my progress in bringing you this detailed examination of our progress, but rest assured things are in order and our illustrious Quaestor Rho will bring you the next installment in our regularly scheduled programming. Also, due to some drastic changes in my schedule and availability, those of you who need to catch me on IRC can catch me most often on weeknights after 10:00 GMT.

I’ll be continuing the trend established through the diligence of our honored Aediles of days past and emphasized by Sarin in his most recent report – the following is a bulletin detailing our upcoming projects over the coming days and weeks. We’ve made great strides these last few weeks and I’m highly impressed! Let’s see what we can do to keep it up;

Project: Galeres Wiki Review and Development – Chief amongst our priorities is the House fictional development; this is something that starts with our Wiki pages. Development of Galeres fictional history and our NPCs is the cornerstone of solid Run-ons and fictions; just like no movie is complete without a cast of supporting actors and actresses as well as just extras, Run-ons require a broad spectrum of personalities to canvas an entertaining and exciting story; let’s get the casting call out!

A hearty congratulations to Protector Haruun Orontes and Dark Jedi Knight Legorii for 1st and 2nd place respectively in the Armed Forces Wiki Comp Part I! Both of these entrants have breathed new life into some familiar faces in our run-ons, and their hard work will be showcased on our Wiki for all to see very soon. The second installment in the 3-part Wiki comp will be out next week. Well done, you two – medals are in the mail!

Our fictional developments will by no mean end with just our Wiki article expansion – Galeres is due for a graphics facelift as well! In the coming weeks, be on the lookout for everything from a slick new logo for our very own Blue Mist Battleteam to some slick 3D renders of GAL:BASE, which will be constructed as Galeres’ new home after our reclamation efforts are complete. Also, I’ll be offering some slick custom forum sigs and other such trinkets in addition to shiny medals for some of my forthcoming Comps.You heard it here first – consider the ante upped!

Time now to remind you all that our very own SBM Zandro Savric Erinos is running the Arcona Hunts Competition; Journeymen, this is an excellent opportunity to earn yourself some fairly easy 3rd level Crescents and further your progress on the path to Knighthood. Get to it!
