Competitions:

-Tarentum Military: The competition for the positions within the Tarentum Army is ending soon. This is the best way to grapple good positions within the military as there are so many openings. Ya'll've got three days so get on it if you're interested! Also, the competition for the Navy begins in August but the only captaincy they're looking to fill is for the Cocytus so unless you want to be an executive officer or a stick-jockey write like only Cestus members can and grab that captaincy from those evil Tridens and Gladius members :)

-Into the Night: Where are the posts, dudes? The run-on is coming along nicely but it seems to have halted... the most interesting and IMPORTANT part of fiction the House has seen since I've joined is coming up in my NEXT POST but I cannot post until one of you does... so get on it. Please... ;)

Fiction Update:

-Cestus is in the process of being taken over by an incredibly evil spirit we MAY (or may not) be stuck with forever. Either way within the next year it will result in a full-scale war between Houses which I've already spent considerable time discussing with Anshar. Be prepared to cause mischief among the other houses in the next several competitions!! Still lots of plot twists and surprises.

Real Life:

-As most of you know I've been attending the Deutsche Sommerschule in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico. I cannot say my grasp of grammar has improved and aside from becoming more practiced in Konjunktiv I and Konjunktiv II I haven't gone over much. My vocabulary has swelled up pretty nasty, though, and I've learned a ton about German literature.

-Freysta, when I get back I'm ordering a Phillip Lahm jersey, know a site I can get one second hand so I don't have to spend so much damn $$?

-My TIE Pilot gear is finished! Wooo! It's getting a chrome paint-job with a mohawk stripe and widow tears. I should have it within the month so I can send y'all pictures.

GJW:

-Coming up within the year! How exciting! Get posting in the RO and start flooding competitions and the ACC to practice!!!!! Also I think it would be a good idea if we get together occasionally and share pointers on writing ROs. Since we're going to be the bad guys in the future I think it would be awesome to absolutely stomp the good guys (which I know we can do... we're Cestus after all). Let's lead this clan to victory in the GJW and then wrestle control of it away from the powers that be for our dark mistress >:).
