[BAC Doomsday, 1130 hours, conference room B]

A collection of men and women dressed in low ranking New Republic uniforms gathered in a small conference room. The lights were low and the faces of the soldiers were grim. Their ship had departed Prakith en route back to Yridia, but had stopped short due to the MC-80 Renegade mysteriously appearing in their path. Investigations of the derelict ship were under way. The faces of the soldiers in the room betrayed a fierce impatience at having to report back for yet another meeting.

An older gentleman dressed in a New Republic second lieutenant's uniform stood at the front of the room, hands clasped behind his back. There were dark circles under his eyes, and his expression was stern. His uniform had several large tears which had been mended, as well as a number of dark colored stains. The uniform had clearly seen better days. He sipped from a glass of water before beginning the meeting.

"Tarenti," he began. "I have received orders from our Proconsul, Dranik. He wishes to be kept up to date on everybody's activities from now on. I will be submitting a bi-weekly report to him detailing everybody's work. This doesn't change anything for Gladius, because you are all already required to notify me of all your activity," the Rollmaster paused a moment before continuing.

"I am aware that there are more than a few of you who don't feel it necessary to inform me of your activities, despite my standing order to do so. I don't care if you are an elder, if you are on a Battle Team, if you are doing individual work with your Master, or if you hate me on a deep and personal level. You are still obligated to notify me of your activity in its entirety. If you don't, you will not receive recognition for your work. It's that simple."

STANDING ORDERS. PLEASE READ.

You are required to notify me of all activity. If you do not feel comfortable CCing me when you submit to a competition, then send me a separate email that says "I submitted an entry to [insert competition name here]." This includes everything Brotherhood related, with only two exceptions: SA courses and ACC battles, because the database automatically emails me about those.

If for some reason you don't want to email me, drop me a message on IRC. I am always in #tarentum although I am not always watching it. Just leave a note in there saying you did something, and I'll be sure to add it to my records.

This includes posting in run-ons, Master/Student Program activities, submitting to any competition (especially if you don't end up winning anything, because I won't even know you participated unless you tell me), working on any DB related projects, and work you do for other positions such as for the Shadow Academy or the Wiki Tribune. I do spend time hunting around looking for traces of activity to make sure as little as possible gets overlooked, and I will begin bothering you personally if you continue to fail to follow this simple policy.

If you read this, please reply to this report so I know you were paying attention. Thank you.

The bottom line here is that Apollo, Dralin and I want to see everybody get recognized for the work that they do. We cannot give you that recognition if we don't know you are doing work. There are a few of you who I haven't heard anything from in the two months I've been doing this job, yet I hear second or third hand about your activity. This is unacceptable. If you don't let me know you're still around, don't be surprised if one day you find yourself off the roster.

If you don't see your activity listed at the end of my weekly report, your House Summit doesn't know it happened and you will not be rewarded for it. Period.
