Introduction

Well, it's been a long week, and this reports a bit late. HMR=Pwnsauce, Btw :) Lots of stuff happening, Xander resigned, the DoR gets a facelift, we've created two new positions in the house. Theres some info on the BTs, as well as the standard stuff that belongs in a report. So, lets get to it!

Aedile Applications

I'm going to open up applications for Aedile of House Marka Ragnos. This will be a short application period, so if you want it, apply quickly. Applications will close Friday at 11:59pm EST. Make sure I have your application by then. Requirements are as follows:

Rank of Protector or Higher

Email Turnaround Time of Less then 24 Hours

Regular IRC (preferably at least 1-2 hours a day)

Ability to Work with Me and Ashia. If you don't like me and/or Ashia, don't apply.

Your application should include your ideas for the House. Key focus areas are member experience and new member retention. I also want ideas for competitions, how we can get the House ready for a House Feud with HLK or another house in the DB. I would like details on any previous leadership experience you have, as well as anything else you feel is relevant. Please do not include any "references" or people who recommend you for the job. If you apply, expect to take part in an IRC interview sometime this week.

As you can see, I'm only limiting it to Protectors and higher. If you think you've got what it takes, apply. I'm entirely open to appointing a PRT as Aedile, if I feel they can do the job and develop properly. As I said, applications close Friday. Apps to me, CC the CON and PCON, as well as your house summit, if you are a member of House Ludo Kressh. Consider including all the right people in your email as the first test for Aedile.

Disciples of Ragnos

After the Conclave today, we came to the conclusion that the Disciples of Ragnos is too complicated, has too many rank subsets, ect, ect. After discussing the matter with our Rollmaster, we've come up with a streamlined system. Basically, there are 6 levels of the DoR (counting complete n00b, and the Progeny of Ragnos I mentioned in my last report). There are no more Castes, no more indepth rank systems. The ranks are based on activity and participation in competitions. We'll have a full document released this week for the House to review and get cracking on.

New Positions For You!

Along with the DoR process, there are now two "positions" within the Disciples of Ragnos. "Hand of Ragnos" and "Lictor of the Council". Each position has requirements, and members of the house who meet those requirements can challenge the holders of these positions, and take the title for themselves. This will be included in the above mentioned document, and the initial challenges will start this week.

Battleteam Update

This week I'm going to be meeting with each of the Battleteam Leaders, and we may potentially switch a few of them around or add a new person into the mix. This is not a disciplinary action, just trying to match the best members to the best teams. Keep an eye out for information about this as well.

Competitions

Another thing discussed in Conclave today, once we have an Aedile in place, we'll have a schedule for competitions. The idea will be that there are always an equal number of events going on, and no dead spots. The idea is you'll always have something to do. Look for more on this next week!

Coming and Going

Xander has informed me he'll be transferring to House Ludo Kressh. We wish him the best of luck over there (kill him Fae :)).

We had two new members this week join the Brotherhood. Welcome to Starkiller and Koren Tysen. Tysen has taken off like a rocket! Good job Tysen!

We also had two members join us from the Rogues, so big welcome to Joseph Skirata and Waza Sunrider.

No other members left this week. yay!

Awards and Promotions

This section will only cover promotions to Guardian or higher, and awards of the Steel Cross or higher. None this week!

SA, ACC, and More!

Going forward, this section will cover awesome pwnsauce in the SA, ACC, and other areas of activity. I was expecting the Aedile report to cover this, and with my email issue, there is none! Check it out next week!
