DB News

The Dark Brotherhood site is up again! Hallelujah! Now, as far as I know, all medals and promotions since August 7th have been retrieved and the ACC is being worked on right now, but a warning for newer members! If you came into the Brotherhood after August 7th, your dossier may be deleted! You must speak with us if this has happened so we can report it to the proper Dark Council members.

Jac Cotelin has worked very hard with staff members to fix the site and patch up any holes in security so an attack like this doesn't happen again. For now, at least, we should be safe.

Clan News

The Clan Comp "Of the Past" has officially ended! Lots of people got recognition and medals for participating, though I'm rather disappointed in the participation rate with you guys. Only ONE person from the battle team, as far as I know, even bothered with the run-on and the stand-alone events. Now I understand if you're busy IRL, but if you're going to be in the Brotherhood, I hope that you're enjoying the writing and gaming chances that you're being given! These competitions are also the best way to be noticed, get awards, and get fast promotions. Get involved and you will get rewarded.

Accomplishments

Congratulations to Balia Donos for earning a Crescent with an Emerald Star for getting second place in the officer creation event of the Clan Comp, "Of the Past"!

Congratulations also to R'deth Bay for passing the Advanced Test of Wisdom!

Arcano Signum Comp

As many of you know, I put out three competitions for Arcano Signum that were due around August 23rd and 26th. However, partially due to the site breaking down, not only did I get zero submissions, but I also don't think I can even reboot these competitions. So soon I'll be bringing you a new set of competitions, hopefully better thought out, anyway.

Want a Promotion?

Get active! Submit to House, Clan, and Brotherhood competitions; take SA courses, visit IRC, and get to know your higher-ups. If you have done any of these, let me, your Aedile, and your Quaestor know so we can document your activity. A promotion is a hard-earned achievement, so you must work, work, work to get it.
