_Vorion.
Quaestor. Legorii called again, his voice steadier, booming with a confidence that did he certainly did not feel. The man before him stood in silence, viscous bacta gel dripping slowly from the swaying tips of his dreadlocks. His dark skin was scored vividly with scars from the torture he had endured mere days before at the hands of the Yuuzhan Vong, and most distinct of all was the intricate pattern on his brow, cast in shadow by his hair. His dark eyes shifted from side to side, surveying the Tetrarch with a lucid, unblinking reptilian stare.
Quaestor. Are you well? The medics didn't inform me you were conscious. I have orders not to let you wander too far until you've undergone a psychological evalution. The Anzat shifted uncomfortably as a sensation of roiling dread coalesced in the pit of his stomach. "You have undergone a most perilous ordeal; perhaps it's best-"<br
Legorii halted as the Ubese briskly raised a hand to silence him. "You have new orders, Tetrarch. Those being to deliver a full status report to me at once. Better yet, have it sent to Nizhyya - I'll report to the bridge shortly. I have business to attend to first."
"Who, sir?" Legorii blinked, his uneasiness exacerbated now by Vorion's harsh, guttural, rasping voice - a startling contrast to the low, somber bass the young scion of Entar had become so used to. He hastily stepped aside as Vorion padded past him towards the doorway, still garbed in the pale infirmary gown. There was something horribly, ominously familiar yet unusual in the Ubese's gait. His movements were sinewy and alien, and although Legorii's feelings screamed that something was out of place, his superior seemed cognitive and rational, and to have his wits about him.
"Commander Lauraugina, rather. When she wakes up, that is. " The door hissed open, and Vorion departed, leaving Legorii alone to brood ponderously as he monitored the vitals of the comatose tactical analyst.
"Yes." Legorii muttered sarcastically, his brow furrowed with seething frustration, confusion, and anger. "Much has gone amiss, Quaestor..." _
.::Introduction::.
Greetings, House Qel-Droma, and welcome to my second Quaestor report. I'd like to dedicate this one to the man with the insanely-long ID line, the one, the only, Consul Emeritus and Dark Jedi Master Mejas Doto. Mejas has stepped down after nearly a year in his second term as perhaps our most exalted Consul ever. I doubt any will contend that no one has done more for Clan Arcona than Mejas; his efforts in strengthening and empowering our Clan exemplify the pinnacle of service in the Dark Brotherhood. Thanks for all you've done and all you continue to do, Mejas!
Let me also take this opportunity to congratulate and welcome Sashar Arconae on his appointment to Consul! Dash has been Arcona's man on the ground since Project: Resurrection, and there's no one more capable or qualified to continue blazing Arcona's blighted trail through the Abyss!
.::The Clan Feud::.
Uneasy Alliances: Clan Arcona/Clan Plagueis/Clan Scholae Palatinae has drawn at last to a close, and while the full results are still being sorted amidst the complications of our site downtime (kudos x10 to Jac for SQL Grand Mastery), we already have evidence of Qel-Droma's indelible stamp on the Events. Without further adieu;

.::In Closing::.
Well, the Feud results are still being sorted out, as I mentioned before, and hopefully by next week we should have more tales of glory to spin and Qel-Droman trophies to brandish. Great hustle, everyone - I'm very proud of each and every one of you.
The promised wargame previews are still in the works, having been waylaid by that heinous harlot known as RL, and with any luck should be present in my next few reports. The actual wargames themselves will commence upon the conclusion of the upcoming ACC ladder event, and will launch us directly into our intensive training intiative for the Ninth Great Jedi War!
We also have a brand-spanking new JO/JA Battleteam - Sentinel Squad - headed by none other than the notorious Señor Quejo! Flash and bang, baby, that's what this BT is all about. This crew is busy keeping the gaming servers looking like ghost towns; I'm counting on you guys to keep your trigger fingers itchy and the noobs 0wned. This BT is undergoing some fictional development, so be on the look out for much Sentinel slickness in the near-future.
Also forthcoming; an individual House Qel-Droma Prospectus, a battery of my wicked fiction Competitions to chronicle the decimated aftermath of the Clan Feud. Stayed tuned, kids.
That's all for this week, Qel-Droma. Be good.
See you space cowboy
Quote of the Week:
_* Vorion shaved Chuck Norris's beard and lives to tell the tale.
< Muz > That was really his scrotum.
< Muz > and the kissing it as you went may be what saved your life.._
