TRIDENS QUAESTOR REPORT No. 003

Evening Tridens,

Time to release another news before the report out this weekend.

RL STUFF

I am now still in the exam week, well three more adv med exams to fight. So far those exams were satisfying. Thanks to SA, since I got the sense and adjustment of essays exams as now, all my med exams are

in essays forms, not MCQ anymore. At first, the change was pretty shocking but yah finally adjusted though a bit overwhelming.

Elols is a bit away so no matter what, I have to focus back to the House and you all. Hope you could understand if the pace was a little bit decreasing in these few weeks due to my hectic days of tests. But yeah, let's recharge.

AWOL CHECK OVER

Done with some people sent back to Rogue and still in the process of transporting. Thanks to all who stay and to those who depart to the solitary space of Rogue, farewell and contact me if you wish to rejoin. The recent policy of activity in the Clan is pretty clear. Idling is the special rights for notable persons only although it's highly hoped that all of you serve Tridens and Tarentum with your involvement, sense of belonging i.e. ACTIVITIES.

REARRANGEMENT

The BTLs of Yu and Training Team have resigned due to their reallife matter. So, I open the application chance for those two spots, and for the position of Roll Master.

Requirements :

1. Can maintain prominent or steady activities as examples and drive.

2. Willing to involve in the house training project as the prep for the imminent big vendetta (four months ahead) to support our beloved Clan

3. Have high level limit state of boredom, means: creative. (All things here are interesting, depends on how we set our eyes to see)

4. Have a sense of/to train (Training Team), or eliteness (Elite Team/Yu), or care (RM).

5. GRD+

Send the application to Elols and myself.

To join the BT, you must be at least at the level of PRT(Protector). So for the APP, NOV and ACO, get advanced quickly and have your privileges to join a BT and access the house private forum of training.

Leadership Corner for JH, MSP novel breath, new form of training will practically restart after my next report. Stay tuned to further details at it.

COMPETITIONS

The results of the prior comps will be announced in the report. Two new comps, Master Apprentice Story and Name the Teams will be described in the separated e-mail. Other comps will be detailed in the report.

TRACE OF SERVICE AND HONOR

Tridens will see anyone who serve her properly and appropriately, to give her blood and breath. And service is not a sense of leading. It is a sense of sincerity, giving the best, giving the optimum, even the maximum one can do. It may come from all of you, Tridens' members. None shall feel abandoned or neglected. She appreciates the honor and knows better ways to return.

My prof always emphasizes that mindset if we want to get better in our med service. Well, I think Tridens will encourage the same.
