Greetings, Cestus! Since Vai is doing a great job of keeping track of accomplishments and the other small details, I figured I'd just give you an update on the aftermath of the "Shattered Tears" competition.
First of all, you guys did a great job in the joint competition with Gladius despite some mishaps. From what I can tell (and it's difficult to do superbly in ROs, it's hard), the main things we have to work on are continuity and logic. Basically, write what would make sense coming from Dark Jedi and pay close attention to people's posts so we don't have to deal with minor edits here and there. Also, we obviously enjoyed duking out our rivals in the story, but one thing I'm happy about was that it reminded us of the idea of unity and working together to get something great. That's something to keep in mind for the upcoming GJW, and we have to work very hard and cooperatively to get at least 3rd place in the standings.
I would personally like to thank Jaron, Vai, and Kaz for participating in the run-on, as well as Frey for participating in Cestus's fiction event. I also want to thank Sato and Welshman for volunteering, even though real life stepped in and made them focus on higher priorities. We still wrote you guys into the run-on, and I appreciate you guys at least saying you were interested.
That being said, for those who did participate, it may take a while for the winners of the events and RO to be announced and the medals handed out. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, people are getting sidetracked with the preparation of vacations and family reunions, as well as work in school and at the office. Oberst, the judge of our RO, told me that he may not be able to finish up too quickly, not to mention Scion has not been responsive lately and Apollo will be in Florida for a week, so no giving out Cestus awards before Gladius; we want it to be fair. That, and the ACC matches are still being tallied, so all in all, it's going to be a long process. Just be patient, pat yourselves on the back for a job well done in the joint competition, and spend some time doing short comps like this one:

Apart from that, you guys in America have a great Thanksgiving, and for those of you not in America, have a great week nonetheless.
